What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final QBR deck by Marcus Bell for a Growth tier customer. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £48,500, a term to 30 Apr 2027 and 40 licensed users. Usage is slightly down and concentrated in a few people, and there is no active account executive.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, dated 17 Sep 2026 and marked Final. It is a review, not a contract.
States: "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £48,500" and "Current term runs to 30 Apr 2027". It also says invoices are up to date, no tickets were raised in the last month and Growth tier service levels have been met.
Risk: usage is "concentrated in a handful of people" and active users dipped against the previous quarter. The deck notes "no active account executive at BB-Demo", so commercial ownership of the renewal is open.
Not settled: the usage appendix is referred to but not included, so question and record counts are not shown. The deck gives no renewal price, and the order form signed on 16 Apr 2026 is cited but not reproduced, so its terms cannot be checked here.

Brannock Medical Supplies - QBR
Quarterly business review · Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager · 17 Sep 2026 · Final
Slide 1: Where we are
- Customer since 1 May 2024, on the Growth tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £48,500.
- Current term runs to 30 Apr 2027.
- Licensed users: 40.
- Invoices are up to date and there is nothing overdue.
Slide 2: How the brain is being used
- Average active users over the last month came in a little lower than the previous quarter. It is a modest drop, but I want to understand it rather than assume.
- Active users are a small share of the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom for more key-account managers to use the brain.
- I've pulled the numbers by team: usage is concentrated in a handful of people, which is worth widening.
- Questions asked and records indexed are covered in the usage appendix that goes with this deck.
Slide 3: What Brannock gets from it
Brannock bought the brain so key-account managers can see orders, delivery queries and contract renewals per NHS trust, GP practice and care home group in one place.

- The people using it regularly are the ones preparing for trust reviews and renewal conversations.
- The clearest value is time saved: less reconciling between the order system and the helpdesk before a customer call.
- The connectors in the Order Form signed on 16 Apr 2026 give wider coverage than the first term, and the nightly refresh has been completing as expected.
Slide 4: Support and issues
- No tickets raised in the last month.
- No priority issues open.
- Service levels for the Growth tier have been met.
- Nothing on the connectors needs attention at the moment.
Quiet is good here, but it also means we have not heard much from the wider team, so I would like to ask them directly.
Slide 5: What we suggest next
| Action | Who | When |
|---|---|---|
| Short refresher session for key-account managers on per-trust views | Marcus Bell with the Brannock operations lead | Next few weeks |
| Ask the quieter users what would make the brain part of their weekly routine | Marcus Bell | Before the next review |
| Agree two or three questions each team should be asking the brain every week | Brannock team leads | Following the refresher |
| Confirm the commercial contact at BB-Demo for the account | BB-Demo | Ahead of the renewal conversation |
Slide 6: Housekeeping
- The account currently has no active account executive at BB-Demo. Marcus Bell is the day-to-day contact and will keep you updated on who picks it up.
- The renewal sits at the end of the term on 30 Apr 2027. We will talk about it well ahead of time and agree it together.
- Happy to jump on a call to go through any of this. Shall we book half an hour?
Thanks, Marcus
