What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A first-draft renewal proposal dated 19 Feb 2026 for Brannock's Growth subscription at £48,500 per year for 40 users, one-year term after the term ending 30 Apr 2026. It has no contractual effect and the text does not state availability or P1 response times.
What it is: a draft prepared by Priya Raman with Marcus Bell, proposing renewal of Growth "on the same terms, with no change of tier and no change to the connectors in use". The stored status and the text both say draft.
Commits: nothing binding. Section 7 says "This document is a draft and has no contractual effect. Prices and terms are fixed only by the executed order form." The figure of £48,500 is the proposed annual price in this draft only.
Unusual: the term runs from the day after the current term ends on 30 Apr 2026, and the price is stated without any reference to the price book or a discount. Service levels are only described as "standard Growth service levels", with no figures.
Not settled: user count, billing contact, any added team or connector, and who signs at Brannock. The document does not show whether an executed order form followed, and by the as-of date the term end has passed.

Body
Brannock Medical Supplies - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for discussion · Version 1 · 19 Feb 2026
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, with Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager.
1. Context
Brannock Medical Supplies has used the BB-Demo company brain since 1 May 2024, on the Growth tier. Key-account managers in Nottingham use it to see orders, delivery queries and contract renewals for each trust, GP practice and care home customer.
The current term ends on 30 Apr 2026. To keep momentum and avoid any gap in service, this proposal sets out how we would renew.
2. What we propose
A renewal of the existing Growth subscription on the same terms, with no change of tier and no change to the connectors in use.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Term | One year, starting the day after the current term ends |
| Annual price | £48,500 |
| Total deal amount | £48,500 |
| Billing | Annual, in advance, on standard payment terms |
There is no implementation fee on a renewal, so the deal amount and the annual price are the same figure.
3. What stays the same
Read the whole document (2,808 characters)
- The Growth user allowance and connector allowance.
- The dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- The standard Growth service levels for availability, first response and nightly refresh.
- The brain continues to run inside Brannock's own Snowflake account.
4. Why renew
- The brain remains the single place where account managers can see a trust's orders, delivery issues and renewal dates together.
- Support has been quiet and invoices have been paid on time, so the working relationship is in good order.
- Usage has settled after a dip last year, and Marcus has been working with the team on how the brain is used day to day.
5. Open points
This is a first draft and the following still need confirming with Brannock:
- Whether the number of licensed users still matches the team that will use the brain.
- The billing contact for the renewal invoice.
- Whether Brannock wants to add a team or connector at renewal, which would be priced separately.
- Who at Brannock will sign.
6. Next steps
| Step | Owner |
|---|---|
| Review this draft and confirm the open points | Brannock, with Marcus Bell |
| Issue the renewal order form for signature | Priya Raman |
| Sign before the current term ends on 30 Apr 2026 | Brannock and BB-Demo |
Happy to make this easy. If we can get this over the line well ahead of 30 Apr 2026, there is no disruption for the team.
Best, Priya
