What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A Growth-tier QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell on 15 Sep 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £48,500, 40 licensed users and a term to 30 Apr 2026, and reports usage down by roughly a quarter with no tickets and no overdue invoices.
What it is: an internal-style customer success review by Marcus Bell. It says "usage is lower than we would like" and that the fall is "in people logging in, not in any one feature".
Commits: nothing contractual. The plan table lists BB-Demo actions: a team breakdown of active users, a refresher session, a renewals-per-trust dashboard and sharing the usage picture with Priya Raman.
Unusual: the quiet ticket queue is read as a warning, not comfort: "it may simply mean fewer people are trying things". The usage figures are described only in words, with no counts.
Not settled: who the remaining users are, which teams stopped, and whether the £48,500 matches the executed order form. The deck is dated 15 Sep 2025, so its renewal timing and usage picture may be stale, and it does not show what happened by the 30 Apr 2026 term end.

Body
Brannock Medical Supplies - QBR
Quarterly business review · Growth tier · Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager · 15 Sep 2025
1. Where we are
- Brannock has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 May 2024, on the Growth tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £48,500, with 40 licensed users.
- The current term runs to 30 Apr 2026.
- Priya Raman is the account owner and Marcus Bell is the CSM.
- The brain gives key-account managers one view of orders, delivery queries and contract renewals per trust.
2. Usage this quarter
I've pulled the numbers, and the headline is that usage is lower than we would like.
| Measure | What we see |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Average active users over the last 30 days | A small fraction of the licensed users |
| Change against the prior quarter | Down by roughly a quarter |
- Most of the licensed seats are not being used regularly.
- The fall is in people logging in, not in any one feature, so it looks like habit rather than a product problem.
- I have not looked at who the remaining regular users are by team yet. That is the first thing to do before the next conversation.
3. Value delivered
Read the whole document (3,109 characters)
- The brain was bought so key-account managers can see orders, delivery queries and renewals for each trust without chasing several systems.
- The people who still use it are doing that. The evidence is in the questions they ask, which are mostly trust-by-trust account checks.
- What we cannot yet show is a before-and-after story for the wider team. That is a gap in our reporting as much as in their usage.
- The Growth tier includes the dashboards builder. A simple renewals-per-trust dashboard would be an easy way to show value to people who are not asking questions directly.
4. Support and billing
- No tickets were raised in the last 30 days, and none were high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices. Brannock pays on time.
- The quiet ticket queue is welcome, but with usage down it may simply mean fewer people are trying things. I would not read it as a sign that everything is fine.
5. What we want to understand
- Which teams stopped using the brain, and whether that was a change in role, a change in process or a loss of interest.
- Whether the key-account managers know what the brain can already answer for them.
- Whether the data feeding it still matches how Brannock works with its trusts, practices and care homes.
6. Plan and next steps
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Break down active users by team and by person | Marcus Bell | Before the next check-in |
| Offer a short refresher session for key-account managers | Marcus Bell | Next few weeks |
| Draft a renewals-per-trust dashboard for review | Marcus Bell with the Brannock team | Next month |
| Share the usage picture with the account owner ahead of renewal planning | Marcus Bell and Priya Raman | This quarter |
- The renewal date of 30 Apr 2026 is some months away, which leaves time to rebuild the habit properly.
- Happy to jump on a call with the Brannock team. Shall we book 30 minutes?
Thanks, Marcus
