What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly review deck by Marcus Bell for the Growth tier customer, dated 18 Mar 2025. States contracted annual recurring revenue of £46,300 and 40 licensed users, with about eight active. The term ends on 30 Apr 2025, so it sets up the renewal.
What it is: a customer success QBR deck written by Marcus Bell, marked Final, that doubles as the opening of the renewal conversation. It says "Current term ends on 30 Apr 2025, so this review also sets up the renewal conversation."
Figures: it quotes "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £46,300" and 40 licensed users against "About eight" active in the last 30 days. Active use is described as up "by a little under a fifth" on the prior quarter, with no tickets and no overdue invoices.
Not a contract: it commits neither party to service levels, price or dates. The £46,300 is the deck's own statement and is not checked here against an executed order form or invoices.
Not settled: the deck does not say whether renewal happened, at what price, or whether the refresher session was held. It is dated well before today and is stale as a view of the account.

Body
Brannock Medical Supplies - QBR
Quarterly business review prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo. Review date: 18 March 2025. Status: Final.
1. Where we are
- Customer since 1 May 2024, on the Growth tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £46,300.
- Licensed users: 40.
- Current term ends on 30 Apr 2025, so this review also sets up the renewal conversation.
- Account owner: Priya Raman. Customer Success Manager: Marcus Bell.
2. Why Brannock bought the brain
Brannock distributes clinical consumables to NHS trusts, GP practices and care homes. The brain was bought so that key-account managers can see orders, delivery queries and contract renewals per trust in one place, without reconciling systems by hand.
3. Usage this quarter
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Average active users, last 30 days | About eight |
| Change in active users on the prior quarter | Up, by a little under a fifth |
| Support tickets, last 30 days | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |

I've pulled the numbers and the direction is the good news: active use is growing quarter on quarter. The honest caveat is that about eight regular users against forty licences leaves a lot of headroom. The people using the brain are getting value from it, but most of the licensed seats are not yet in the habit.
4. Value delivered
- Key-account managers are using the brain to look up orders, delivery queries and renewal dates per trust, which is what it was bought for.
- A steady, growing group of regular users suggests the brain is useful in day-to-day work rather than a one-off exercise.
- Nothing has needed escalating: no tickets and no overdue invoices in the period.
5. Issues and risks
- Adoption breadth. Active use sits well below the licensed number. This is an opportunity as much as a risk, but it matters when the value of the renewal is discussed.
- Renewal timing. The term ends on 30 Apr 2025, which is close. The renewal conversation should not wait for the next review.
- Evidence of value. We should be ready to show the customer which questions are being asked and by whom, so the case for the renewal rests on their own usage.
6. Plan for the next period
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short refresher session for key-account managers who have not yet logged in regularly | Marcus Bell | Within the next few weeks |
| Share a usage summary with the customer's sponsor ahead of renewal | Marcus Bell | Before the term ends |
| Open the renewal conversation and confirm commercial terms | Priya Raman | Before 30 Apr 2025 |
| Review connectors and sources with the customer's team to check nothing has been missed | Marcus Bell | Next check-in |
7. Next steps
- Happy to jump on a call with the Brannock team to walk through these numbers.
- Shall we book 30 minutes for the renewal discussion, with Priya joining for the commercial side?
Thanks, Marcus
