What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal for Growth tier, prepared by Priya Raman on 24 Feb 2025 and not shared with the customer. It proposes £48,500 per year for one year from the day after the term ends on 30 Apr 2025, replacing £46,300. No availability or P1 figures are stated.
What it is: an internal draft written by Priya Raman, Account Executive, for review with the CSM. It states "Not yet shared with the customer."
Commits: nothing binding, as a draft. It proposes "Annual price | £48,500", billed "Annual, in advance, on standard payment terms", for a term of "One year, starting the day after the current term ends on 30 Apr 2025".
Unusual: the proposed price replaces "the current contracted figure of £46,300". The document gives no discount and no service-level figures, only that the standard Growth service levels stay the same.
Not settled: the open points are whether to hold a usage review first, whether to offer a wider rollout, who at Brannock receives the proposal and the sending date. The document does not show whether a final proposal or an order form followed, so it should not be read as the current price.

Body
Brannock Medical Supplies - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Date: 24 Feb 2025.
1. Context
Brannock Medical Supplies has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 May 2024. The company, based in Nottingham, distributes clinical consumables to NHS trusts, GP practices and care homes. It bought the brain so that key-account managers can see orders, delivery queries and contract renewals per trust in one place.
The current subscription is on the Growth tier and runs to 30 Apr 2025. This proposal sets out how we would like to renew it for a further year.
2. Where the account stands
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £46,300 |
| Support tickets, last month | None raised |
| Overdue invoices | None |
| Usage trend | Steady compared with the prior quarter |
The account is healthy and quiet. Active use sits well below the number of licensed users, which means there is room to bring more key-account managers onto the brain without a change of tier.

- Our CSM, Marcus Bell, continues to look after adoption and reviews.
5. Open points before this goes out
- Confirm with Marcus Bell whether a usage review should be held with the customer before the proposal is sent.
- Decide whether to offer a wider rollout to more account managers as part of the conversation, or keep the renewal clean.
- Confirm who at Brannock should receive the final proposal.
- Agree the sending date so that the customer has comfortable time before 30 Apr 2025.
6. Next steps
- Internal review of this draft with the CSM.
- Resolve the open points above.
- Issue the final proposal to the customer.
