1. Parties
This agreement is made between:
- BB-Demo, a London data business (the Supplier); and
- Brannock Medical Supplies, a distributor of clinical consumables based in Nottingham (the Customer).
The Customer's account owner at BB-Demo is Priya Raman, Account Executive. The Customer's customer success manager is Marcus Bell.
2. Services
The Supplier provides the Customer with the company brain: a single AI-queryable layer over the Customer's business systems, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Customer is buying the Growth tier so that its key-account managers can see orders, delivery queries and contract renewals for each NHS trust, GP practice and care home group it serves.

5. Term

7. Data and security

8. General
- This agreement and its order lines form the whole agreement on the services described above and replace any earlier proposal or draft.
- Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
