Parties
This agreement is between BB-Demo, a London data business (the Supplier), and Brannock Medical Supplies, of Nottingham (the Customer).
Clause A: Services
The Supplier will provide the Company Brain at the Growth tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the implementation described in the order lines below.

The nightly refresh is expected to complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Service credits under this agreement are given for availability breaches only. A delay in data freshness does not of itself give rise to a credit.
Clause E: Payment
The Supplier will invoice the annual subscription and the implementation fee in line with Clause C. Invoices are payable within 30 days. All amounts are in pounds sterling.
Clause F: Customer responsibilities
The Customer will give the Supplier timely access to the systems named for connection, nominate a day-to-day contact, and make key-account managers available for the build and training sessions.
Clause G: Data and security
The Customer's data remains in the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Supplier will process it only to deliver the services and in line with the data protection terms agreed between the parties.
