What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final version 1 proposal from Priya Raman dated 11 Mar 2024 recommending the Growth tier. Annual subscription £41,800, with a first-year total deal value of £53,800 including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal for Growth tier, prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, for the Nottingham distributor. It was stored as final but is not signed paper.
Commits: it states "The annual subscription price is £41,800" and a first-year total of £53,800 that "should not be read as the yearly price". Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of about eight weeks.
Unusual: service levels are not quantified; the proposal says exact figures are "set out in the order form and the Master Services Agreement". No connector delivery dates are given.
Not settled: whether the customer accepted, the contracted price and terms, and the signature date. Only an executed order form can settle those.

Body
Brannock Medical Supplies - Proposal
Prepared for: Brannock Medical Supplies, Nottingham Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 11 March 2024 Status: Final, version 1
Context
Brannock Medical Supplies distributes clinical consumables to NHS trusts, GP practices and care homes. Your key-account managers currently piece together orders, delivery queries and contract renewals from several systems, trust by trust. That takes time, and it makes it hard to see a customer's whole picture before a conversation.
BB-Demo proposes to give those teams one place to ask. The company brain sits over your CRM, call recordings, emails, tickets and finance data, and it is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
What we propose
We recommend the Growth tier, which suits several teams working from the same data. In practice this means:
Read the whole document (3,087 characters)
- The brain covers your key-account teams and the colleagues who support them, within the Growth user allowance.
- Up to eight connectors to the systems that matter most, such as your CRM, helpdesk, accounting system and shared drives.
- Pages, chat and search across everything connected, plus the dashboards builder for per-trust views of orders, delivery queries and renewal dates.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell, so we can check that the brain is earning its place.
Implementation
Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work of about eight weeks. We connect your sources, build the first per-trust views with your key-account managers, and train the team to ask good questions of the brain. Your first set of connectors is agreed up front so there are no surprises on scope.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, in advance | £41,800 |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value, first year | Subscription plus implementation | £53,800 |
The annual subscription price is £41,800. The total of £53,800 is the full value of the deal, including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the yearly price. From the second year, the recurring charge is the subscription only.
Service levels
The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service levels: availability commitments, a fast first response on priority incidents, and a nightly refresh so your teams start each business day on current data. Exact figures are set out in the order form and the Master Services Agreement.
Next steps
- You review this proposal with the colleagues who will use the brain day to day.
- We hold a short call to answer questions on scope and connectors.
- We issue the Master Services Agreement and order form for signature.
- Implementation starts once the paperwork is signed.
To keep momentum, I would suggest we fix the review call for this week or early next. Happy to make this easy, so tell me who else should be in the room and I will arrange it around them.
Best, Priya
