Draft proposal of 6 Mar 2024 for the Growth tier: subscription £41,800 a year, total deal value £53,800 including one-off implementation. Not an offer open for signature. Standard 30-day payment terms; no availability or P1 figures are stated.

What it is: a draft proposal prepared by Priya Raman, marked "This draft is for discussion with Brannock Medical Supplies and is not yet an offer open for signature." It proposes the Growth tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account.

Commits: nothing binding. It states "Growth subscription | Annual, invoiced in advance | £41,800" and a "Total deal value" of £53,800 that includes the one-off implementation fee. Payment terms are the standard 30 days, with quarterly invoicing on request.

Unusual: the implementation fee is not itemised, only "Included in total". Service levels are referred to as "the Growth service levels" without figures.

Not settled: the connector list and go-live days, the number of key-account managers from day one, and the start date are open points. The text does not show whether an order form was later executed, so this draft should not be read as contracted price.

Body

Brannock Medical Supplies - Proposal v1

Status: Draft

Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 6 Mar 2024

This draft is for discussion with Brannock Medical Supplies and is not yet an offer open for signature. Commercial terms may still move.

1. Context

Brannock Medical Supplies distributes clinical consumables to NHS trusts, GP practices and care homes from Nottingham. Your key-account managers currently piece together orders, delivery queries and contract renewals for each trust from several systems by hand. You want one place where they can see that picture per trust and ask questions of it in plain English.

2. What we propose

BB-Demo would build the company brain for Brannock Medical Supplies inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control. We propose the Growth tier, which suits several teams working from the same brain.

Growth includes:

Read the whole document (3,524 characters)
  • the Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance
  • pages, chat and search across the connected sources
  • the dashboards builder
  • quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell
  • the Growth service levels for availability, first response on priority issues and the nightly refresh

3. Scope of the implementation

The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work delivered over the standard Growth implementation period. It covers:

  1. connecting your agreed sources, such as your CRM, helpdesk and accounting system, and confirming each one loads correctly
  2. modelling trusts, practices and care homes so that each key-account manager sees their own accounts
  3. setting up pages and dashboards for orders, delivery queries and contract renewals per trust
  4. training for the key-account managers and their team leads
  5. handover to Marcus Bell for ongoing adoption support

Any connector named in the final order form will carry a go-live commitment in days. We will agree the list with you before the order form is issued.

4. Pricing

ItemBasisAmount
Growth subscriptionAnnual, invoiced in advance£41,800
ImplementationOne-off, fixed fee, included in the deal totalIncluded in total
Total deal valueSubscription plus one-off implementation£53,800

The total deal value of £53,800 includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription price is £41,800. Payment terms are the standard 30 days. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.

5. Commercial notes

  • Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
  • The subscription renews annually; your customer success manager will contact you ahead of the renewal date.
  • The contract would sit under BB-Demo's standard master agreement, with an order form and a data processing agreement.
  • Add-ons, such as extra users or connectors, can be priced separately if your needs grow.

6. Open points

  • Final list of connectors and their go-live commitments, to be confirmed with your IT lead.
  • Number of key-account managers who will use the brain from day one.
  • Preferred start date for the implementation.

7. Next steps

  1. Brannock Medical Supplies reviews this draft and sends comments.
  2. Priya Raman and your team agree the connector list and any changes to scope.
  3. BB-Demo issues the order form and data processing agreement for signature.
  4. Implementation starts on the agreed date.

Happy to make this easy: if we can get the open points settled quickly, we can keep momentum and move to paperwork.

Best, Priya
