Marlstone Legal - Master Services Agreement
Parties
This Agreement is entered into between BB-Demo Limited ("Service Provider") and Marlstone Legal ("Customer").
Services
BB-Demo shall provide access to the Company Brain, a data integration platform that combines the Customer's CRM, call recordings, emails, support tickets, product usage and financial data into a single queryable layer, hosted within the Customer's own Snowflake account.
The Customer shall subscribe to the Company Brain Growth tier, which provides up to forty users and eight connectors, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
