1. Parties
This agreement is between:
BB-Demo Ltd., a limited company registered in England and Wales, and
Corriemoor Foods, a company registered in Scotland.
2. Services
BB-Demo shall provide the Company Brain – Starter tier, comprising:
- Data integration with up to four data sources (connectors)
- Query interface: search, pages and chat
- Nightly data refresh
- Six-monthly business review
- Support during business hours
3. Term

6. Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability
Neither party's liability shall exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for personal injury, data protection breaches or wilful misconduct.
8. Signature
This agreement is executed in draft and subject to final approval.
