1. Context
Harrowden Foods has been a BB-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026, on the Growth tier. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account and gives your commercial insights and customer service teams one place to see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together.
Your current contracted annual recurring revenue is £58,000, with licences for 60 users. Your current term ends on 4 Jan 2027.
This proposal covers one thing: an expansion of your Growth subscription through an additional user add-on, so that more colleagues can work from the same view of the business.
2. What you have asked for

5. Term and billing

- Users are named individuals at Harrowden Foods, and access is managed by your own administrators.
- This proposal reflects your current Growth tier arrangement. If your needs change before you accept, for example by adding teams or connectors, we will re-quote rather than adjust this one.
