The existing Growth subscription includes forty licensed users. The add-on adds twenty users to that allowance for the remainder of the term. No other lines, connectors or services are added by this order form.

Because the add-on starts part way through the subscription year, the amount payable for this term is pro-rated. At renewal the add-on will be reviewed with the main subscription, and any continuation will be quoted at that point.

Prices are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. The total contract value is the amount invoiced for the add-on term from 18 Jun 2026 to 4 Jan 2027. It is not an annual price.

The service levels of the Growth tier apply to the added users, and are the same as for the existing subscription.

Service credits are calculated on the monthly fee of the subscription, including the add-on, and are earned for a breach of availability only. A delay in the nightly refresh is not a breach of availability for the purpose of credits under this order form.
Other terms
- All other terms, including data protection, confidentiality, liability and termination, are those of the Master Services Agreement and the existing Growth order form.
- BB-Demo continues to run inside Harrowden Foods' own Snowflake account. This order form changes the number of users only.
- If this order form and the Master Services Agreement conflict on the price or service levels of the add-on, this order form prevails.
- This order form supersedes any earlier draft or quote for the same add-on from the date of signature.
