What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26First quarterly review deck for the Growth subscription, presented by Amara Obi on 1 Jun 2026. States contracted £50,000 a year, contract end 4 Jan 2027, about ten active users against 40 licensed, and no service misses. It is not a contract.
What it is: a BB-Demo customer success deck marked Final, presented by Amara Obi. It covers adoption, support, Growth features and a plan for the next quarter.
Commits: it restates £50,000 a year and a contract end of 4 Jan 2027, and says Growth service levels apply "as written in the order form". It does not quote availability or P1 response figures.
Unusual: usage is described only in words, "About ten" active users, "Up by more than half", and a quarter of the allowance. It flags key-person risk as the base grows.
Not settled: the deck does not show who signs for Harrowden Foods or any renewal decision, and says "Renewal is not on the table today". The figures are the deck's own statement, not the executed order form, which should be checked.

Harrowden Foods - QBR
Quarterly business review, Monday 1 June 2026
Presented by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Account owner: Lewis Kerr
Status: Final
Purpose of today
This is the first quarterly review of the Growth subscription since Harrowden Foods joined on 5 Jan 2026. Three questions for the session:
- What good looks like for commercial insights and customer service this quarter.
- Here's what the numbers say about adoption so far.
- Who else should have access, and what we do together before the contract end date of 4 Jan 2027.

Harrowden Foods makes own-label chilled ready meals and bakery for UK supermarkets from two sites. The brain was bought so that commercial insights and customer service can see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together, in one place, inside your own Snowflake account.
Usage: headline
| Measure | What we see |
|---|---|
| Average active users, last 30 days | About ten |
| Change against the prior quarter | Up by more than half |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Share of licences in regular use | A quarter of the allowance |
The direction is the good news: the active base has grown by more than half in a single quarter. The level is still well below the licensed 40, which means there is plenty of headroom and a clear job for the next quarter: bring the right people in.
Usage: what it tells us
- Trajectory is healthy. A rising active base is the strongest early sign that teams are choosing to ask the brain rather than reconcile systems by hand.
- Headroom, not pressure. With most licences unused there is no need for additional users or an upgrade. The conversation is about adoption, not capacity.
- Spread matters more than totals. We want questions coming from both commercial insights and customer service, not from a small number of enthusiasts. This is a key-person risk to watch as the base grows.
Value: what the brain is for
The reason for buying was to see three things together: retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders. The review questions for your teams are:
- Has a complaint been traced back to an order and a retailer account faster than before?
- Has anyone prepared a retailer meeting using the brain instead of separate exports?
- Which question gets asked every week, and should it become a dashboard?
We would like to leave today with at least one example per team that we can describe in your own words. That example becomes the value case when the renewal conversation starts.
Service and support
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Support has been quiet. One ticket from a growing user base is consistent with a stable set-up, and nothing is outstanding on the billing side. We will still ask the room whether anything is being worked around quietly rather than raised, because silence is only good news when people are also using the product.
The nightly refresh is due to complete by 07:00 on business days, and the Growth service levels for availability and P1 response apply as written in the order form. We have no service misses to report for the period.
Growth tier features to make use of
- Dashboards builder. Included in Growth and not yet a focus. Customer service could start with a complaints view; commercial insights with a retailer account view.
- Quarterly QBRs. This session is the first; the next should be in the diary before we leave.
- Connectors. The Growth connector allowance covers more sources than the ones in use today. Worth asking which system holds the data your teams still reconcile by hand.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Agree which additional people in commercial insights and customer service should have access | Harrowden Foods, with Amara Obi | Active base moves further towards the 40 licensed users |
| Build a first shared dashboard per team | Harrowden Foods, supported by Amara Obi | Visible investment and a repeatable weekly view |
| Review connectors against the systems your teams still export from | Amara Obi | Decision on whether another source adds value |
| Capture one value example per team | Harrowden Foods | Material for the renewal conversation |
| Put the next QBR in the diary | Amara Obi | Review before the renewal notice window opens |
Looking ahead to renewal
The contract runs to 4 Jan 2027 at a contracted £50,000 a year. Renewal is not on the table today. The aim between now and then is simple: usage that has grown and spread, a value case in your own words, and no surprises. I will raise the renewal notice well ahead of time, and Lewis Kerr will be involved on the commercial side.
Asks of Harrowden Foods
- Tell us what good looks like for the next quarter.
- Name the people who should have access and are not yet using the brain.
- Tell us about anything that is not working, even if it seems small.
Best, Amara
