What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Version 1 proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 10 Nov 2025 for the Growth tier at £50,000 a year, with a first-year total of £62,000 including implementation. First P1 response is within one business hour. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a final-status proposal prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for Harrowden Foods in Leicester. It sets out the Growth tier for the commercial insights and customer service teams, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
Commits: it states "The annual subscription price is £50,000" and a first-year total of £62,000 including the one-off implementation. Service levels listed are first response to a priority one issue "within one business hour" and nightly refresh "by 07:00 customer local time on business days".
Unusual: nothing off the standard Growth terms. Implementation runs for eight weeks, and each connector promised in the order form will carry a "live within N days" commitment.
Not settled: the connector list is to be confirmed with the IT lead. The text says "The order form is the contractual record of these terms and takes precedence over this proposal", so the executed order form decides price and terms. The document does not show whether the customer accepted, or when.

Body
Harrowden Foods - Proposal
Prepared for: Harrowden Foods, Leicester Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Amara Obi Date: Monday 10 November 2025 Version: 1 (final)
Context
Harrowden Foods makes own-label chilled ready meals and bakery products for UK supermarkets from two sites. Our conversations have focused on one problem: the commercial insights team and the customer service team each look at the same retailer accounts, but through different systems. Service-level complaints, orders and account activity sit in separate places, and reconciling them by hand takes time and tends to be out of date by the time anyone reads it.
You told us you want both teams to see retailer accounts, complaints and orders together, and to be able to ask questions of that data in plain English.
What we propose
BB-Demo proposes the Growth tier of the company brain, built and run inside Harrowden's own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment and under your control.
Growth is designed for several teams working from one shared layer. It includes:
Read the whole document (5,260 characters)
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so your teams can build the views they use every week.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance.
- Nightly refresh completed by 07:00 UK time on business days.
Scope of the first engagement
Teams
- Commercial insights
- Customer service
Sources
We will connect the systems that hold retailer account records, customer service history and order information. The exact connector list will be confirmed with your IT lead during the first week of implementation, and each connector promised in the order form will carry a "live within N days" commitment.
Questions the brain should answer on day one
- Which retailer accounts have had service-level complaints, and how do those line up with order volumes?
- Where are complaints rising for a given retailer, and what was ordered before they arrived?
- What is the full picture of a retailer account before a commercial review or a service escalation?
Implementation approach
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee project that runs for eight weeks. It is led by BB-Demo and covers:
- Setting up the brain inside your Snowflake account.
- Connecting and validating each source.
- Configuring pages, search and the first dashboards with both teams.
- Training for the commercial insights and customer service teams.
- Handover to Amara Obi for adoption and quarterly reviews.
Commercial summary
All prices are shown excluding VAT.
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £50,000 |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee, included in the first-year total | See total below |
| First-year total | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £62,000 |
The annual subscription price is £50,000. The first-year total of £62,000 is the value of the deal as a whole, because it includes the one-off implementation fee. From the second year, the subscription is the only recurring charge.
Invoices are issued on thirty-day terms. The subscription is billed annually in advance; quarterly billing is available on request.
Service levels
Growth carries the standard Growth service levels:
- Availability at the Growth service level.
- First response to a priority one issue within one business hour.
- Nightly refresh completed by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
- Service credits for availability breaches, at the Growth rate.
The order form is the contractual record of these terms and takes precedence over this proposal if the two ever differ.
Why Growth rather than another tier
Two teams, one shared view, and a clear need for dashboards: that is what Growth is built for. Starter is aimed at a single team and does not include the dashboards builder or quarterly reviews. Enterprise adds single sign-on, an executive sponsor and extended support, which we do not think Harrowden needs at this stage. If that changes, moving up is straightforward and can be co-termed to your renewal.
Risks and how we manage them
- Source data quality. Order and complaint records may be entered inconsistently across the two sites. We will review this during the first weeks and agree clean-up rules with your teams.
- Adoption. A brain nobody asks is of no value. Both teams will have named users and a review of questions asked at each quarterly review.
- Change of system. If you change a connected system, tell us early so the connector can be updated before records stop loading.
Next steps
- Confirm the Growth tier and the commercial summary above.
- Lewis Kerr issues the order form under the BB-Demo MSA, which I'll send over today once you confirm.
- Agree the implementation start with your IT lead and name one owner from each team.
- Amara Obi joins the kick-off to set the adoption plan and the first quarterly review.
