Draft proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 5 Nov 2025 for a Growth tier subscription at £50,000 a year, with a £62,000 deal amount including one-off implementation. It is not a binding offer; acceptance would be by order form.

What it is: a first-draft proposal for the commercial insights and customer service teams, marked "Status: Draft", for discussion. It proposes the Growth tier with pages, chat, search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.

Commits: nothing binding. The text says "This proposal is a draft and is not a binding offer." It quotes the annual subscription at £50,000 and a deal amount of £62,000 "including the one-off implementation fee", invoiced annually in advance on thirty-day terms.

Unusual: the £62,000 is a total deal value, not a yearly price, and the implementation fee "does not recur at renewal". No discount or bespoke service level is stated.

Not settled: the connector list, annual or quarterly invoicing, and the subscription start date. The evidence does not show who signs for Harrowden Foods, and this document does not show that an order form followed.

Body

Harrowden Foods - Proposal v1

Status: Draft, for discussion. Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo, on 5 Nov 2025.

Prepared for the commercial insights and customer service leads at Harrowden Foods, Leicester.

Context

Harrowden Foods makes own-label chilled ready meals and bakery for UK supermarkets from two sites. Today the commercial insights team and the customer service team each hold part of the picture of a retailer account: orders in one place, service-level complaints in another, and the relationship history somewhere else again. Reconciling those views by hand takes time and tends to be out of date by the time anyone acts on it.

You told us you want one place where both teams can ask a question about a retailer and get an answer drawn from the same data. This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would do that, what it would cost, and what we would need from you.

What you would be buying

BB-Demo sells the company brain: a single AI-queryable layer over your business systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment. We connect the sources, keep them refreshed, and give your people pages, chat and search over the combined result.

We are proposing the Growth tier, because the brain would serve more than one team from day one.

Scope

AreaWhat is included
TierGrowth, annual subscription
Teams servedCommercial insights and customer service
UsersThe Growth user allowance
ConnectorsThe Growth connector allowance, covering your CRM, helpdesk, order and accounting sources
FeaturesPages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder
ReviewsQuarterly business reviews with your customer success manager
Service levelsThe standard Growth service levels for availability, support response and nightly refresh
ImplementationOne-off, fixed-fee implementation, led by BB-Demo

The exact connector list is something we would confirm with your IT lead during the first stage of implementation. Any connector named in the order form would carry a commitment on how quickly it goes live.

How it would help each team

Commercial insights

  • See each retailer account with orders, contacts and call and email history side by side.
  • Ask plain-language questions about a retailer without waiting for a report to be built.
  • Build dashboards that your own team owns and can change.

Customer service

  • See service-level complaints alongside the orders and account notes they relate to.
  • Find earlier conversations about the same issue quickly, instead of searching several systems.
  • Spot patterns across retailers before they become escalations.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate on each invoice.

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual price£50,000
One-off implementation feeIncluded in the deal amount below
Deal amount (total value, including implementation)£62,000

To put a number on it: the annual subscription is £50,000, and the deal amount of £62,000 is the total value of the deal including the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee is paid once and does not recur at renewal.

The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on thirty-day terms. If you would prefer to pay quarterly, tell me and I will reflect that in the order form.

Timetable

Implementation follows our standard Growth plan for a fixed-fee engagement:

  • Kick-off: agree the sources, the owners on your side and the first questions you want the brain to answer.
  • Connect: link the agreed sources inside your Snowflake account and begin the first loads.
  • Validate: your commercial insights and customer service leads test the answers against what they know to be true.
  • Launch: training for both teams, then handover to Amara Obi, your customer success manager, who will run adoption and the quarterly reviews.

We will give you dates once the order form is agreed and your team is available.

What we need from you

  • A named sponsor at Harrowden Foods who can make decisions across both teams.
  • A technical contact who can grant access to the Snowflake account and the source systems.
  • One representative from each team to help validate answers during implementation.
  • Your security and data protection questions, so that we can answer them before signature.

Open points

This is a first draft and the following are still to be settled:

  • The final list of connectors and the order in which they go live.
  • Whether quarterly invoicing is preferred over annual in advance.
  • The start date for the subscription term.

Next steps

  • Review this draft with your commercial insights and customer service leads.
  • Send me comments and any changes to scope, and I'll send that over as a revised version the same day.
  • Once scope and price are agreed, I will prepare the order form under our master agreement for signature.

If anything here does not match what you expected to buy, please say so. I would rather correct it now than have it surprise either of us later.

Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo lewis.kerr@bb-demo.example
