What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final version one of BB-Demo's Enterprise proposal to Ardcarne Life Assurance, issued 15 Jun 2026. Annual subscription £125,000, with a first-year total of £155,000 including implementation. It is a proposal, not a contract.
What it is: a proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, for the Enterprise tier, filed as final. The text says "It is a statement of what we propose, not a contract."
Commits: no binding terms. It quotes "£125,000" as the annual subscription and "£155,000" as the first-year total including the one-off implementation, which "will not repeat at renewal". Billing is annually in advance on thirty day terms, with quarterly on request, in GBP.
Unusual: it refers openly to the July outage and the customer security team's review, and offers written answers for their regulator. Service levels are not stated as figures, only as "those of the Enterprise tier".
Not settled: no connector list, delivery dates or go-live commitments. The evidence does not show whether an order form was issued or signed, so the executed order form, not this proposal, governs price and terms.

Body
Ardcarne Life Assurance - Proposal
Prepared for: Ardcarne Life Assurance, Dublin Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Elena Novak Date: Monday 15 June 2026 Status: Final, version one Proposed tier: Enterprise
Why we are writing
Ardcarne Life Assurance is an Irish life and pensions insurer, supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland and subject to DORA. Your broker distribution and customer service teams each hold part of the picture of every broker firm you work with, and those pictures sit in different systems. This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would give both teams one view of each broker firm, and what it would cost.
I would rather you heard the following from me than found it elsewhere. Your security team's review of BB-Demo ran through the July outage, and they looked at it closely. Where that review raised questions, we answered them in writing, and we will keep the same open line with your security and compliance colleagues for as long as we work together. If your regulator needs to see anything further, tell me what it is and I will confirm it in writing.
What the company brain is
Read the whole document (5,975 characters)
The company brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage, finance and HR data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control and does not move to a BB-Demo environment.
For Ardcarne, the focus is the broker relationship:
- one page per broker firm, drawing together policy and distribution activity, service history, conversations and correspondence;
- chat and search across those sources, so a colleague can ask a plain question and see where the answer came from;
- dashboards built by your own team to follow the measures that matter to broker distribution and customer service;
- a nightly refresh, so each morning starts from current data.
What the Enterprise tier includes
The Enterprise tier is designed for company-wide and regulated buyers. For Ardcarne it brings:
| Area | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Coverage | Company-wide use, with the Enterprise user and connector allowances |
| Core features | Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder |
| Identity | Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning |
| Relationship | A named executive sponsor at BB-Demo, and quarterly business reviews |
| Availability | The Enterprise availability commitment |
| Support | The Enterprise first-response time for priority incidents |
| Data freshness | The nightly refresh commitment, with service credits for both availability and data freshness |
The exact allowances and service levels are those of the Enterprise tier in our current price book. They would be restated in the order form, and the executed order form is what governs.
Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work that includes security review support. It covers:
- connecting the source systems you choose for the first phase, agreed with your team before work starts;
- modelling broker firms as a single record across those sources;
- configuring access, single sign-on and SCIM to match your own governance;
- training your broker distribution and customer service teams;
- support through your continuing security and DORA documentation needs.
We will agree the connector list and the delivery plan with you before the order form is signed, and any date for a connector going live will be one our engineers have agreed to. I will not put a date in front of you that engineering has not confirmed.
Commercial summary
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise annual subscription | £125,000 |
| One-off implementation (fixed fee, difference between the deal total and the subscription) | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value, first year including implementation | £155,000 |
The annual subscription of £125,000 is the recurring price for the Enterprise tier. The total deal value of £155,000 is the first-year figure that includes the one-off implementation fee; it is not an annual price and it will not repeat at renewal.
Subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on standard thirty day payment terms, with quarterly billing available on request. All invoices are in GBP.
Optional add-ons
These are not included in the figures above. We can price any of them on request:
- Premium support, with a named engineer during extended UK hours;
- the Sandbox, for testing changes before they reach production;
- dedicated EU data residency;
- additional users or connectors beyond the Enterprise allowances;
- an on-site training day.
Given your regulatory position, I would suggest we discuss dedicated EU data residency and Premium support together with your security team before you decide.
How we would work with you
- Commercial terms: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, owns the order form and any question on price or terms.
- Adoption and reviews: Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, owns onboarding, adoption and the quarterly business reviews once you are live.
- Security and compliance: we will provide written answers and evidence on request, and will tell your security team promptly about any incident that touches your service.
Next steps
- Your team confirms the first-phase connector list and the teams in scope.
- Your security and compliance colleagues confirm whether anything further is needed for their DORA records.
- We issue the order form under our master services agreement, reflecting the figures in this proposal.
- Once the order form is signed, Elena Novak and the implementation team agree the delivery plan with you.
Validity and status
This is the final version of the proposal, issued on Monday 15 June 2026. It is a statement of what we propose, not a contract. Contracted price and terms are those of the executed order form.
Best regards,
Matteo Ricci Account Executive, BB-Demo
