What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal of 10 Jun 2026 for the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £125,000, total first-year deal amount £155,000 including one-off implementation. Payment is thirty days from invoice. Nothing is contracted until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, for the Enterprise tier, shared "for discussion". It states "Nothing in it is contracted until an order form is signed under the MSA."
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out the annual price of £125,000, a total deal amount of £155,000 for the first year, and payment "thirty days from invoice". The deal amount "is not the annual price".
Unusual: the text refers to the "July outage" and says the customer's security review ran through it. It gives no figures for availability, P1 response or refresh time, only that Enterprise service levels apply.
Not settled: the implementation fee is shown only as the "Balance of the deal amount". Connector list, data residency, on-site training and customer signatories are open points. The evidence does not show whether a revised version or an order form followed.

Body
Ardcarne Life Assurance - Proposal v1
Status: Draft
Prepared for: Ardcarne Life Assurance, Dublin Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Elena Novak, BB-Demo Date: 10 June 2026
> This draft is shared for discussion. Nothing in it is contracted until an order form is signed under the MSA.
Context
Ardcarne Life Assurance is an Irish life and pensions insurer, supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland and subject to DORA. Broker distribution and customer service each hold part of the picture of every broker firm, and today the two teams reconcile that picture by hand.
Your security review ran through the July outage, and I would rather you heard it from me that we have kept that review in view while shaping this proposal. Where your security team needs something in writing, I will confirm it in writing. What does your regulator need to see? That question sits behind every section below.
What you have told us you need
Read the whole document (5,067 characters)
- One view of each broker firm, shared by broker distribution and customer service.
- Answers that can be traced back to the source system, so that a reviewer can see where a figure came from.
- A service that runs inside your own environment, with your data staying under your control.
- Evidence your compliance and security functions can use for their own regulatory obligations.
Proposed solution
We propose the Enterprise tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
The Enterprise tier brings:
- Company-wide use, with the Enterprise allowance of users and connectors.
- Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so access follows your identity controls.
- An executive sponsor at BB-Demo.
- Premium support and the Sandbox, so changes can be tested away from live data.
- The Enterprise service levels, including the shorter first response on priority incidents and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.
Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement and includes support for your security review. It covers:
- Connecting your priority source systems to the brain.
- Modelling the broker firm view that broker distribution and customer service will share.
- Configuring access, roles and single sign-on.
- Training for your administrators and first users.
- A defined go-live review with named owners on both sides.
Any connector we commit to in the order form will carry a "live within" commitment, which we will agree with our engineering team before it is written down. I will not put a date in front of you that engineering has not agreed.
Commercials
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | £125,000 | Annual price, invoiced annually in advance |
| Implementation | Balance of the deal amount | One-off, fixed fee, includes security review support |
| Total deal amount | £155,000 | Subscription for the first year plus the one-off implementation |
Points to note:
- The deal amount of £155,000 is the total value of the first year, including the one-off implementation. It is not the annual price.
- The annual price for the Enterprise subscription is £125,000.
- Payment terms are thirty days from invoice.
- No discount is shown in this draft. Any discount would apply to the first term only.
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply unless the order form says otherwise:
- The highest availability commitment we offer, with service credits if it is missed.
- The shortest first response time on priority incidents.
- A nightly refresh completed before the start of your business day, on business days.
- Service credits for data freshness as well as availability, which is specific to the Enterprise tier.
Security and regulatory alignment
Because BB-Demo runs inside your Snowflake account, your data does not leave your environment to be queried. We will provide written answers to your security questionnaire, and we will not withhold any incident information from your security team. Our support for your review is included in the implementation.
We will also work with your team to map our controls to the obligations you have under DORA, so your compliance function has what it needs.
Open points in this draft
- Final list of connectors and the order in which they go live.
- Whether dedicated data residency is required for your organisation.
- Whether an on-site training day is wanted.
- Named signatories on your side.
Next steps
- Review this draft with broker distribution, customer service and your security team.
- Send us your comments, and we will issue a revised version.
- Agree the connector list and commitments with our engineering team.
- Move to an order form under the MSA once the scope is settled.
If anything here reads differently from what we discussed, please tell me and I will correct it.
Best regards, Matteo
Matteo Ricci Account Executive, BB-Demo
