What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final-status proposal dated 20 May 2026 from Jordan Pike for an Enterprise brain inside Quillmark's Snowflake account. Annual price is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds; the document gives no availability percentage or P1 response time.
What it is: a BB-Demo proposal, not a contract, prepared by Jordan Pike for a US regulated buyer. It is stored as final, but it is an open item until an order form is signed.
Commits: it states "the annual price for the Enterprise subscription is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds", billed annually in advance. It also states "The deal amount of one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee."
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Service levels are described only in words, such as the fastest first-response commitment, with no figures.
Not settled: connector go-live days are left to the order form. Security review, source selection, commercial split and a named executive sponsor are listed as conditions for a yes, and the document does not show them closed.

Body
Quillmark Health - Proposal
BB-Demo proposal for Quillmark Health Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US Date: 20 May 2026 Status: Final
1. Context
Quillmark Health provides revenue-cycle management services to hospital groups in the United States, and works under HIPAA. Your client-services teams look after many hospital clients and today have to pull together each client's picture from several systems by hand.
To be transparent, this proposal comes out of the evaluation we have run together, and it is written so that your security team can read it without having to ask what is not being said.
2. What you asked for
One view of each hospital client for the client-services teams: the account record, the calls, the emails, the tickets and the finance position in one place, queryable in plain language.
3. What BB-Demo is
BB-Demo builds and runs the company brain inside your own Snowflake account. That is the key point for a regulated buyer: your data stays in your environment, under your controls, and is not copied to a BB-Demo-owned store.

The brain connects the systems your teams already use, such as your CRM, helpdesk, call recorder and Microsoft 365, and makes them searchable and answerable through pages, chat and search, with dashboards on top.
4. Scope
| Element | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Coverage | Company-wide, including client services |
| Single sign-on and user provisioning | Included with Enterprise |
| Executive sponsor | Included with Enterprise |
| Users and connectors | The Enterprise allowances, which are the largest we offer |
| Support | The Enterprise service level, with the fastest first-response commitment for urgent issues |
| Availability | The Enterprise availability commitment, with service credits for availability and for data freshness |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee, including security review support |
The nightly refresh is complete by the start of the business day in your local time, on business days.
5. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription (annual price) | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, billed annually in advance |
| Deal amount (total value) | One hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds, including the one-off implementation fee |
| Currently contracted recurring revenue | None, as this is a new opportunity |
To be clear about the two figures: the annual price for the Enterprise subscription is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds. The deal amount of one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not the annual price and it will not recur.
All invoicing is in pounds sterling, on thirty-day terms. Any discount would apply to the first term only.
6. Security review
Here is where we are on security. Enterprise includes support for your security review as part of implementation, and we expect your team to ask detailed questions about how the brain handles protected health information.
What we will do:
- Answer your security questionnaire fully and in writing, including where an answer is "not today".
- Explain the architecture: processing runs inside your Snowflake account, under your access controls.
- Work with your security and privacy leads on which sources should and should not be connected, so that sensitive data is excluded by design.
- Agree data residency requirements up front. Dedicated US data residency is available as an add-on.
We would rather your security team find a gap now than after signature.
7. Implementation approach
| Phase | Focus | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Security review | Questionnaire, architecture walkthrough, source selection | Jordan Pike with your security lead |
| Set-up | Snowflake environment, connectors, access and roles | BB-Demo implementation team with your IT |
| Load and verify | First data load, checks with client-services users | BB-Demo with your client-services lead |
| Go live | Training and the first review of questions asked | BB-Demo with your executive sponsor |
Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days, which we will set out in the order form itself.
8. What would make this a yes
- Your security review is closed to your satisfaction.
- Client services confirms the first set of sources to connect.
- Your finance team agrees the commercial terms and the split between the annual subscription and the one-off implementation fee.
- An executive sponsor is named on your side.
9. Next steps
| Step | Who |
|---|---|
| Security questionnaire and architecture session | Jordan Pike and Quillmark security |
| Confirm sources and user groups | Quillmark client services |
| Order form issued under the BB-Demo master agreement | Jordan Pike |
| Review and signature | Quillmark authorised signatory |
Questions on any part of this are welcome. If something here is unclear, tell me and I will fix it.
Thanks, Jordan
