What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final proposal of 23 Mar 2026 from Jordan Pike for the Enterprise tier, built inside Quillmark Health's own Snowflake account. Subscription is stated as One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, annual, in advance. No availability % or P1 time is stated.
What it is: a sales proposal, not a contract, prepared by Jordan Pike for Quillmark Health in Boston. It follows a demo on Quillmark's own data and puts the security review inside the engagement because of HIPAA.
Commits: the price table gives "One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds" for the annual subscription, invoiced in advance, on thirty-day terms. Service levels are described only by reference to the Enterprise tier, plus a nightly refresh by 07:00 local time on business days.
Unusual: the implementation fee is "Quoted in the order form", so no figure is given. Any discount applies to the first term only and is capped.
Not settled: there is no signature, no order form and no connector dates. Add-ons (US data residency, Premium support, Sandbox, on-site training) are listed but not priced. The text does not state availability or response-time figures.

Body
Quillmark Health - Proposal
Prepared for: Quillmark Health, Boston Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 23 Mar 2026 Version: Final
Where we are
To be transparent, this proposal rests on what you have told us in our conversations so far, and on the demo we ran on your own data. Quillmark Health provides revenue-cycle management services to hospital groups. Your client-services teams look after several hospital clients at once, and today the picture of each client is spread across the CRM, the call recorder, email and the helpdesk. Someone has to stitch it together by hand before every client conversation.
You also operate under HIPAA, and you were clear that security comes first. This proposal is written with that in mind, and it puts the security review inside the engagement rather than leaving it as an afterthought.
What you asked for
Read the whole document (5,823 characters)
- One view of each hospital client that a client-services lead can open in a minute, not an afternoon.
- The ability to ask a plain question, such as what a client said on recent calls or which issues are still open, and get an answer that points back to its source.
- A deployment your security team can examine, with the data staying under your control.
What we propose
We propose the Enterprise tier of the BB-Demo company brain.
The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data is not copied into a BB-Demo environment for us to hold. That is the single most important point for your security team, and we would rather they test it than take our word for it.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise: company-wide use, built for regulated buyers |
| Deployment | Built and run inside your Snowflake account |
| Sources | The systems you connect, such as your CRM, helpdesk, call recorder and email, within the Enterprise connector allowance |
| Access | Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder |
| Sponsorship | An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side |
| Service levels | The Enterprise availability commitment, the Enterprise priority-one response time, and a nightly refresh completed by 07:00 your local time on business days |
| Service credits | Credits for availability and for data freshness, which are Enterprise-only |
| Security | Security review support included in the implementation |
The user and connector allowances are those of the Enterprise tier. If your client-services group grows past them, additional users and connectors can be added as add-ons, and we would price those at that point rather than pad this proposal.
Optional add-ons
These are not included in the figure below. We list them so nothing comes as a surprise later.
- Dedicated US data residency.
- Premium support, with a named engineer.
- The Sandbox, for testing changes before they reach your teams.
- An on-site training day for client-services leads.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, invoiced in advance | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee, includes security review support | Quoted in the order form |
All invoicing is in pounds sterling, on thirty-day terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
A note on discounts: any discount applies to the first term only and is capped, so the figure above is the number to plan against for the renewal as well.
How the implementation runs
The Enterprise implementation takes about twelve weeks. In plain terms:
- Security review. Your security team receives our questionnaire answers and architecture description. We answer follow-up questions in writing.
- Connector design. We agree which systems connect first, who owns each one on your side, and what "live" means for each connector.
- Build in your Snowflake account. The brain is configured in your environment, with access controlled by your own identity provider.
- Pilot with client-services leads. A small group asks real questions about real hospital clients, and we tune what comes back.
- Go-live and handover. The wider group is switched on, and your administrators are trained.
Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days, so you have something concrete to hold us to.
What we need from Quillmark Health
- A named executive sponsor on your side.
- A security contact who can take part in the review.
- An administrator for each system we connect.
- A small pilot group from client services.
Risks, stated plainly
- Security review timing. For a HIPAA-regulated firm the security review can set the pace of the whole engagement. We would rather start it early than let it surprise either of us.
- Source data quality. The brain is only as good as the records behind it. If a hospital client's records are patchy in the CRM, the answers will show that. We will point it out when we see it.
- Change for teams. Client-services leads have their own routines. The pilot is there to earn their trust before wider rollout.
Next steps
- You review this proposal with your security and client-services leads.
- We hold a call to walk through your questions, with our solutions engineer present for the security items.
- Your security team receives the completed security questionnaire.
- If you are comfortable, we issue an order form under our master agreement.
What would make this a yes? If there is a blocker, tell me and I will say straight away whether we can solve it. If we cannot, I would rather know now.
Thanks, Jordan
Jordan Pike Account Executive, US BB-Demo
