What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Master Services Agreement for the Growth tier, signed 2 Feb 2026, with forty users and contracted annual recurring revenue of forty-four thousand pounds. Clause 6 records the Customer's notice that the subscription will not renew, taking effect on 2 Apr 2026.
What it is: an MSA between BB-Demo and Lornefield Pensions Administration, stored as final. It covers the Growth tier, "The Customer is licensed for forty users." The term "ends on 2 Apr 2026."
Commits: fees are "invoiced annually in advance on thirty-day terms" in pounds sterling. Availability, first-response and service credits are those for the Growth tier, with credits for availability only.
Unusual: clause 6.1 states "The Customer has given notice that the subscription will not renew." BB-Demo also agrees to an orderly handover of data and configuration in the Customer's own Snowflake account. Clause 6.4 leaves room to discuss future arrangements.
Not settled: the text gives no reason for the notice and does not state a handover date. It does not show whether any order form exists, or whether the customer later returned. The contract term has already ended as of the as-of date.
