What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A quarterly business review deck presented by Daniel Okafor on 4 Aug 2024. It reports a Growth plan with forty licensed users, a term to 2 Apr 2025 and a quiet support queue. It sets out adoption actions and an early renewal conversation. It is not a contract.
What it is: a BB-Demo customer success review for a Growth tier customer, presented by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: forty-four thousand pounds" and a term to 2 Apr 2025, written in words rather than digits.
What it says: "Roughly a quarter of the licensed seats are in regular use, which leaves a lot of headroom." Average active users show "A very slight dip", and no tickets were raised in the last thirty days.
Next steps it proposes: an enablement session for low-use teams, dashboards the managers build themselves, and a renewal conversation "well ahead of the term end on 2 Apr 2025".
Not settled: the deck binds nobody to service levels or price. It is dated 4 Aug 2024, so the stated term end has passed, and it does not show whether the customer renewed or what the current contract holds. Check the executed order form and invoices before relying on it.

Quarterly business review Presented by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Sunday 4 August 2024
Where we are
- Customer since 3 Apr 2023, a Year 1 design partner.
- Current plan: Growth, with forty licensed users.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: forty-four thousand pounds.
- The current term runs to 2 Apr 2025.
- Your scheme-relationship managers use the brain to see trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices together.
Usage
| Measure | Direction since last quarter |
|---|---|
| Average active users | A very slight dip |
| Licensed users | forty |
The user base is steady. Roughly a quarter of the licensed seats are in regular use, which leaves a lot of headroom. The slight dip is not a concern on its own, but we will keep watching the trend rather than the level.
Value
Read the whole document (2,322 characters)
- The brain still gives your managers one view where there used to be three systems.
- Preparing for trustee meetings is quicker when calls, tickets and invoices sit side by side.
- We would like to hear from you, in your own words, what the brain has changed in a typical week. That is the best evidence we can take into the renewal.
Support and service
- No tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and none were high priority.
- Nothing is overdue on the invoicing side.
- Service has been steady, with no incidents to report in the period.
A quiet support queue is good news, but with a small active group it can also mean people are using the brain only for the familiar questions. Part of this review is about widening that.
Plan for the next quarter
- Daniel to run a short session for the teams who have a licence but rarely log in, such as member-query handling.
- Look at which additional sources would help most, using the connectors already included in the Growth tier.
- Agree a couple of dashboards that your managers would build themselves.
- Start a light conversation about renewal well ahead of the term end on 2 Apr 2025, so that nothing is left to the last minute.
Questions for you
- Who on your side should be in the room for the next review?
- Is there a team that should be using the brain but is not?
- What would make the brain indispensable for your next trustee reporting cycle?
Best wishes, Daniel
