What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review dated 3 Aug 2023 for a Starter account with fifteen licensed users. Active users average just under four. The deck states an annual contract value of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds and a term to 2 Apr 2024.
What it is: a BB-Demo customer success review prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, dated 3 Aug 2023. It is an internal-facing summary of adoption, value and next steps, not a contract.
States: "Annual contract value: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds" and a term of 3 Apr 2023 to 2 Apr 2024. Usage is "just under four on average" against fifteen licences, so there is headroom.
Plan: invite more scheme-relationship managers, write down the value case, check that connectors keep loading, and keep a check-in with the operations lead before the term end.
Not settled: the deck gives no service levels, no signed order form reference and no outcome of the follow-up. It is over three years old, so it says nothing about the current term, price or owner.

Review prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo. Review date: 3 Aug 2023.
Where we are
- Tier: Starter, with fifteen licensed users.
- Annual contract value: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds.
- Term: 3 Apr 2023 to 2 Apr 2024.
- Account owner: Nell Ashcombe. Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor.
Usage
- Active users have nearly doubled compared with the previous quarter, to just under four on average over the last thirty days.
- That is a small group compared with the fifteen licences, so there is plenty of headroom within the current plan.
- The brain is being used by the scheme-relationship managers who took part in the launch sessions.
Value
- Scheme-relationship managers can see trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices for a scheme in one place, rather than checking each system in turn.
- The team tell us the brain is quicker than reconciling the systems by hand; we will gather specific examples with them for the next review.
Support and service
Read the whole document (1,837 characters)
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last thirty days | two |
| High-priority tickets | none |
| Overdue invoices | none |
Both tickets were ordinary questions and were dealt with in the normal way.
Plan for the next quarter
- Invite more of the scheme-relationship managers to ask questions, so that the fifteen licences are put to use.
- Ask the team which questions they now ask the brain most, and write those down as the value case.
- Check that the connectors continue to load as the customer's own systems change.
- Keep a regular check-in going with the operations lead ahead of the term end on 2 Apr 2024.
Next step
Daniel will come back to the customer with a short list of suggested users to add and a date for the next review.
