What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown's renewal proposal of 31 Oct 2024 offers a further twelve months on Starter with no change to scope. The annual price is nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, billed annually in advance, with no discount. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to the Hollins Tarrant team, issued 31 Oct 2024 and stored as final. It follows a Starter term that began on 4 Jan 2024 and ends on 3 Jan 2025.
Commits: it proposes fifteen licensed users, an annual price of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, and annual billing in advance on standard payment terms. It lists a six-monthly check-in with Marcus Bell and service credits for availability.
Unusual: nothing off the standard Starter terms. The discount is stated as None, and there is no implementation fee on a renewal.
Not settled: the proposal says Tom will send the order form once the customer confirms. It does not show whether the customer accepted or whether an order form was signed, and it is nearly two years old against the as-of date.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Renewal Proposal
From Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo, to the team at Hollins Tarrant. Issued on 31 Oct 2024. Status: final.
Context
Hollins Tarrant joined BB-Demo on 4 Jan 2024 on the Starter tier, and the current term ends on 3 Jan 2025. Over the year the brain has become the place the team goes to see client accounts, the placements pipeline from the CRM and client-facing tickets together. Use has grown over the past two quarters, invoices have been paid on time, and support has been light.
Proposal
Renew the Starter subscription for a further twelve months, starting the day after the current term ends, with no change to scope.
