What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal by Tom Ashdown, dated 28 Oct 2024, for a further twelve months on Starter at an annual price of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, billed annually in advance. It states no availability or P1 response figures. It is a draft, not an order form.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal, marked "for discussion, not yet final", written by Tom Ashdown for the Starter term ending 3 Jan 2025. It proposes the same tier and scope for twelve months.
Commits: it sets out an annual price and deal amount of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, billed "Annual, in advance, on our standard payment terms". It refers only to "the standard Starter service levels" and gives no figures for them.
Unusual: nothing off the standard Starter terms. No discount, auto-renewal or notice period is stated.
Not settled: who signs at Hollins Tarrant ("Leave that with me and I'll confirm") and whether extra users or another team are wanted. The text does not show that an order form followed. The proposal dates from 2024, so treat it as stale and check the executed paper.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft - for discussion, not yet final. Written by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo, on 28 Oct 2024.
Context
Hollins Tarrant has been a BB-Demo customer since 4 Jan 2024 on the Starter tier. The current term ends on 3 Jan 2025. The brain brings client accounts, the placements pipeline from your CRM and client-facing tickets into one place, and use has grown steadily over the year.
There are no overdue invoices, and support has been quiet, with a single ticket in the last month.
What we are proposing
Renew on the same tier, same scope, for a further twelve months starting the day after the current term ends.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Licensed users | fifteen |
| Annual price | nineteen thousand five hundred pounds |
| Deal amount | nineteen thousand five hundred pounds |
| Billing | Annual, in advance, on our standard payment terms |
| Term | Twelve months from the end of the current term |
The deal amount equals the annual price because a renewal carries no separate implementation fee.

Open points
- Whether you want extra users or another team brought in before the renewal date. Nothing in the current use suggests you need them, but it is worth asking.
- Who at Hollins Tarrant signs the renewal. Leave that with me and I'll confirm.
- Final wording of the order form, which follows once you are happy with this.
Next steps
- Share this draft with the team lead and anyone in finance who needs to see it
- Let's get something in the diary this week or next to go through it
- Once agreed, I'll issue the order form for signature
No drama, and happy to change anything that doesn't look right.
Cheers, Tom
