Final proposal issued 4 Nov 2025 by Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier in Veldmaat Payments' own Snowflake account. Annual subscription £45,000, total first-year deal value £57,000 including the one-off implementation fee. Standard Growth service levels; no figures stated.

What it is: a proposal, not a contract. It offers the Growth tier connecting HubSpot, Zendesk and the accounting system, with pages, chat, search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.

Commits: "The annual price of £45,000 is the recurring subscription." The £57,000 is described as "the first-year commitment" and includes the one-off implementation fee. Payment terms are "the standard 30 days", with quarterly billing on request.

Unusual: the subscription price of £45,000 is above the v1 Growth list of £44,000 and below the v2 Growth list of £50,000. The text does not explain the basis.

Not settled: no availability percentage, P1 response time, refresh deadline or connector delivery date is stated, only "the standard Growth service levels". The proposal is not signed, and the order form under the MSA is a next step. The implementation fee is not separately stated.

Veldmaat Payments - Proposal

Final version, issued on 4 Nov 2025 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo.

Context

Veldmaat Payments is a payment service provider for e-commerce merchants across the Benelux. Today an account manager and a merchant risk analyst can look at the same merchant and see different things, because the story is spread across the CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system. Reconciling those views by hand takes time and invites disagreement about what is true.

Veldmaat Payments wants one view of each merchant, so that account managers and merchant risk work from the same picture.

What we propose

BB-Demo will build and run the company brain inside Veldmaat Payments' own Snowflake account, on the Growth tier. The brain connects:

  • HubSpot, for merchant records, deals and account activity
  • Zendesk, for merchant tickets and support history
  • the accounting system, for invoicing and payment status
Read the whole document (3,075 characters)

Teams can then ask questions in plain English, search across all three sources and open merchant pages that bring the picture together. The Growth tier also includes the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Elena Novak.

Scope

AreaIncluded
TierGrowth
TeamsAccount management and merchant risk, with room for further teams
ConnectorsHubSpot, Zendesk and the accounting system, within the Growth connector allowance
UsersWithin the Growth user allowance
FeaturesPages, chat, search and the dashboards builder
ReviewsQuarterly business reviews
Service levelsThe standard Growth service levels for availability, support response and nightly refresh

The implementation is a fixed-fee engagement on the standard Growth timetable. It covers connecting the three sources, indexing the data, setting up the merchant pages and training the first teams.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance£45,000
Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee£57,000

The annual price of £45,000 is the recurring subscription. The total deal value of £57,000 is the first-year commitment, and it includes the one-off implementation fee. Payment terms are the standard 30 days, and quarterly billing is available on request.

Why this fits

  • One merchant view replaces manual reconciliation between systems.
  • Merchant risk and account managers share the same facts, which reduces back and forth.
  • Your data stays in your own Snowflake account throughout.
  • The Growth tier leaves room to add teams without changing contract shape.

Next steps

  • Veldmaat Payments confirms the scope and the connectors above.
  • BB-Demo issues the order form under the MSA for signature.
  • Once signed, we agree a kick-off date and name a technical contact on your side.
  • Elena Novak joins the kick-off to plan adoption and the first review.

Tom will confirm any commercial detail on request. Questions go to Tom Ashdown at tom.ashdown@bb-demo.example.

Best, Tom
