What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 30 Oct 2025 for the Growth tier, three connected sources and eight weeks of implementation. Subscription £45,000 per year, billed in advance; total deal value £57,000 including one-off implementation. Prices not yet confirmed.
What it is: a draft proposal by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for Veldmaat Payments. It offers one merchant view for account managers and merchant risk, built inside Veldmaat's own Snowflake account.
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out the Growth tier, three sources (HubSpot, Zendesk, the accounting system) and implementation over about eight weeks covering up to eight connectors.
Unusual: the document stresses that £57,000 "is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price." The annual subscription is £45,000, which differs from the £44,000 v1 Growth list in the company brief.
Not settled: billing frequency, start date and price confirmation by Tom before issue. No signature, no service levels and no connector dates are stated. It is an open item, not contracted terms, and the evidence does not show whether a final version followed.

Body
Veldmaat Payments - Proposal v1
Draft. Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Dated 30 Oct 2025.
Context
Veldmaat Payments is a Benelux payment service provider for e-commerce merchants, headquartered in Amsterdam. Today the account managers and the merchant risk team build their own picture of each merchant from separate systems, and the two pictures do not always agree.
This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would give both teams one view of each merchant, built and run inside Veldmaat's own Snowflake account.
What Veldmaat would get
- The company brain on the Growth tier, for several teams: pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- Three sources connected: HubSpot for the merchant relationship, Zendesk for merchant tickets, and the accounting system for what has been invoiced and paid.
- One merchant view that account managers and merchant risk can both ask questions of, so nobody has to reconcile systems by hand.
- The Growth user allowance and connector allowance, with room to add more users or connectors later as add-ons.
Implementation
Read the whole document (2,230 characters)
Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work over about eight weeks, covering up to eight connectors. BB-Demo connects the sources, checks the data with the merchant risk team and trains the first group of users.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Company Brain, Growth | Per year, billed in advance | £45,000 |
| Implementation, Growth | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value | Subscription plus implementation | £57,000 |
To be clear about how the two figures relate: £57,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. The annual subscription is £45,000.
Open points
