What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final Growth-tier quarterly review prepared by Marcus Bell on 31 Mar 2026. It reports payments on time, about eight active users, one ticket, and a term ending 30 Nov 2026. It states no price, availability or response-time figures.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review for the Growth tier, written by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It is not a contract and sets no price or service levels.
Claims: "All invoices have been paid on time." Usage is described as "around eight active users over the last thirty days", with "plenty of headroom" against the licensed allowance.
Risks: "Usage is concentrated in a small group." The deck also says "Most of the licences are unused, so the case for the subscription depends on showing value from the people who do use it."
Not settled: the deck gives no contracted fee figure, no exact user count and no renewal price. It lists the renewal conversation, including commercial terms, as an action for Tom Ashdown, supported by Marcus, well ahead of 30 Nov 2026. It is dated 31 Mar 2026, so its usage and ticket picture may be stale.

Brackwell Freight Ltd - QBR
Quarterly business review · Growth tier · Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager · Tuesday 31 March 2026
Status: Final
Where we are
- Brackwell Freight has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Dec 2023, on the Growth tier.
- The current term ends on 30 Nov 2026.
- Account owner at BB-Demo: Tom Ashdown. Customer Success Manager: Marcus Bell.
- The brain brings accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls together for revenue operations and the depot account managers, so at-risk retail contracts show up early.
Contract snapshot
| Item | Position |

| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | The annual fee under the current order form, unchanged |
| Licensed users | The full Growth user allowance |
| Current term ends | 30 Nov 2026 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
All invoices have been paid on time. There is nothing outstanding on the finance side.
Usage this quarter
Read the whole document (3,787 characters)
- Active users are up on the prior quarter. We averaged around eight active users over the last thirty days.
- That is a healthy direction of travel. The people using the brain are using it regularly, and the number is moving the right way.
- Compared with the licensed user allowance there is plenty of headroom. Only a fraction of the licences are in daily use, which is an opportunity rather than a concern.
What the numbers tell us
- The revenue operations team remains the core group of users.
- Depot account managers are the obvious next group to bring in more consistently, since they are closest to the delivery-exception tickets.
- Growth in active users is a better sign than any single month's level, so we will keep watching the trajectory.
Value delivered
- Account managers can see an account's calls, tickets and contract context in one place, without reconciling systems by hand.
- Delivery exceptions are visible alongside the commercial relationship, which is what the brain was bought for.
- Retail contracts that are showing strain can be spotted and discussed before they become a problem.
I'd like to capture a couple of concrete examples from the revenue operations team before the next review, so the value is written down in their own words.
Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Service issues outstanding | None |
One ticket in the month, none of it urgent. Support looks quiet and settled.
Risks and watch points
- Usage is concentrated in a small group. If one or two people left or moved role, the number of daily users would drop quickly. Widening the base is the best protection.
- Most of the licences are unused, so the case for the subscription depends on showing value from the people who do use it.
- No concerns on connectors or data freshness have been raised this quarter.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short session for depot account managers on asking questions across tickets and calls | Marcus Bell | Within the next few weeks |
| Collect two or three worked examples of at-risk contracts spotted early | Marcus Bell with revenue operations | Before the next review |
| Share a simple usage summary with the revenue operations lead | Marcus Bell | End of the quarter |
| Open the renewal conversation ahead of the end of term, including commercial terms | Tom Ashdown, supported by Marcus Bell | Well ahead of 30 Nov 2026 |
Summary
A good quarter. Users are up, payments are on time, support is quiet and the value story is clear. The job now is to spread use beyond the core group and get the renewal conversation started in good time.
Happy to jump on a call if anyone wants to go through the numbers.
Thanks, Marcus
