What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal by Tom Ashdown dated 26 Sep 2025 for a straight Growth renewal at £44,000 a year, 40 users, annual in advance. Not binding until an order form is signed. Service levels are not quoted, only carried over from the existing order form.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal, marked "Draft for discussion", for the term after the current one ends on 30 Nov 2025. It proposes a twelve-month Growth term starting the day after.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "nothing here is binding until an order form is signed under the master agreement". The proposed annual price and total deal amount are both £44,000, billed annually in advance, with no discount.
Unusual: the price equals the v1 Growth list and no uplift is shown. The document says the figure is "the same as your current contracted annual recurring revenue", and Tom says he will confirm figures in the final order form.
Not settled: the signatory, the user count, connector changes and quarterly billing are open points. Service levels are only carried over from the existing order form, so no figures appear. The text does not show whether an order form was ever issued or signed, and the 30 Nov 2025 date is now past.

Body
Brackwell Freight Ltd - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for discussion Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 26 Sep 2025
> This is a draft. The commercial terms are subject to confirmation and nothing here is binding until an order form is signed under the master agreement.
1. Context
Brackwell Freight has used the company brain since 1 Dec 2023 on the Growth tier. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account and brings together accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls, so that revenue operations and the depot account managers can spot unhappy retail contracts early.
Your current term ends on 30 Nov 2025. This proposal sets out what we suggest for the next term so that there is no gap in service.
2. How the last term has gone
- Usage has been steady. Around eight people are active on a typical day, which is broadly flat on the prior quarter.
- There were no tickets in the last month and nothing high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
- The contract covers 40 licensed users, so there is room for the group to grow without any change to the order.

A quiet account is a good sign, and the value case with Marcus Bell has been the main thing we wanted to tighten. Marcus will keep working with your team on that alongside this renewal.
3. What we propose
A straight renewal of what you have today.
| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Term | Twelve months, starting the day after the current term ends on 30 Nov 2025 |
| Billing | Annually in advance, standard payment terms |
The Growth tier continues to include the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews with Marcus.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual price | £44,000 |
| Total deal amount | £44,000 |
The renewal value is £44,000, the same as your current contracted annual recurring revenue. There is no implementation fee on a renewal, so the deal amount and the annual price are the same figure. No discount is applied, because first-term discounts do not carry into a renewal.
I will confirm these figures in the final order form before anything goes to you for signature.
5. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels continue unchanged:
- Availability, first response on priority one issues and the nightly refresh follow the Growth tier as set out in your existing order form.
- Service credits remain those that apply to the Growth tier.
If anything in your existing order form was agreed differently, that carries over.
6. Open points for this draft
- Does your team want to keep the licence at 40 users, or is there appetite to bring more depot account managers on, in which case additional users can be added in blocks of ten?
- Do you need any change to the connectors in use, for example if a source system is being replaced?
- Who will sign for Brackwell Freight, and who should receive the order form?
- Would you prefer quarterly billing rather than annual in advance? It is available on request.
