What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly business review for Brackwell Freight Ltd on the Growth tier, prepared by Marcus Bell. It reports a modest fall in daily active people, healthy payments and routine support. It states no price, availability or response-time figures.
What it is: a customer success review dated 1 Jan 2025, written by Marcus Bell for the Growth account. It covers usage, value, support, payments and a plan for the next quarter.
Usage: "Around six people were active on an average day over the last month." That is described as down by roughly a seventh, against forty licensed users, and concentrated in a small group.
Service and money: the high-priority ticket was inside the Growth first-response commitment, and the account is paying on time. The deck gives no figures for availability, response times or price.
Commits: nothing contractual. It sets BB-Demo actions for Marcus, including a refresher session and a usage review.
Not settled: the document is stale. It says the term ends on 30 Nov 2025, and it does not show whether that term was renewed or why usage dipped.

Brackwell bought the brain so that revenue operations and the depot account managers can see accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls together, and spot at-risk retail contracts early. The sources are connected and the nightly refresh is running as expected.
Usage this quarter
- Around six people were active on an average day over the last month.
- That is down by roughly a seventh compared with the previous quarter.
- The Growth plan includes forty licensed users, so there is plenty of unused headroom.
- Usage is concentrated in a small group, which is something to keep an eye on.

I've pulled the numbers and the pattern is a small, regular group rather than a broad rollout. The dip is modest, but I would rather talk about it now than wait for it to become a trend.
Value delivered
- Revenue operations use the brain to see an account's recent calls and open delivery-exception tickets on one page before a retail contract review.
- Depot account managers can check what has been said to a customer without asking colleagues across the other depots.
- The first questions asked each week still tend to be about accounts that are already known to be difficult. The larger prize is spotting the quiet ones early.
Support and service
| Measure | This quarter |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | Three |
| Of which high priority | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- The high-priority ticket was picked up inside the first-response commitment for the Growth plan.
- The other two tickets were routine how-to questions.
- Brackwell is paying on time, so there is no billing concern on this account.
What the numbers tell us
- The account is healthy on the money side and steady on support.
- The fall in active people is the one thing to explain. It may simply be seasonal pressure in the depots, but I do not want to assume that.
- Because use is concentrated in a few people, the value story depends on those people staying engaged.

Questions for Brackwell
- Which depots would benefit most from being brought in?
- Is there a reason usage dipped, such as a busy peak period or a change in who owns the account reviews?
- Is there anything you expected the brain to answer that it has not?
Happy to jump on a call to go through any of this. Shall we book half an hour?
Thanks, Marcus
