What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal of 21 Oct 2024 from Tom Ashdown to move Brackwell Freight from Starter to Growth at forty-four thousand pounds a year, billed in advance, thirty days. It states no availability or P1 figures. It is a proposal, not an order form.
What it is: a version one proposal, stored as final, to replace the Starter subscription with Growth. It was prepared by Tom Ashdown, with Marcus Bell named as customer success manager.
Commits: "The annual subscription for the Growth tier is forty-four thousand pounds." Billing is annually in advance or quarterly on request, with thirty day payment terms.
Unusual: it is an expansion deal that replaces a Starter subscription at nineteen thousand five hundred pounds a year. Availability and P1 response are described only as "the Growth service level" and "the faster Growth response time", with no figures.
Not settled: implementation work and the start date are left to the order form. The proposal asks for a decision before the term ends on 30 Nov 2024. The evidence does not show whether it was accepted or whether an order form was signed.

Brackwell Freight Ltd - Proposal
Proposal to move from Starter to Growth
Prepared for: Brackwell Freight Ltd Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Date: 21 Oct 2024 Version: one (final)
Where we are today
Brackwell Freight has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Dec 2023. You are on the Starter tier, with fifteen licensed users and a contracted annual recurring revenue of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds. The current term ends on 30 Nov 2024.
You bought the brain so that revenue operations and the depot account managers, across Trafford Park and the five other depots, could see accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls in one place and spot at-risk retail contracts early.
The brain is being used more each quarter. Activity has grown by around half compared with the prior quarter, support has been quiet, and your invoices are all up to date. This proposal builds on that.
What we propose
We propose that Brackwell upgrades from Starter to Growth. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same brain, and it adds two things Starter does not have:
Read the whole document (4,174 characters)
- the dashboards builder, so teams can keep the views they now rebuild by hand;
- quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
The Starter subscription is replaced by Growth when the upgrade takes effect. The brain stays inside your own Snowflake account, and your existing connectors and history stay where they are.

The annual subscription for the Growth tier is forty-four thousand pounds. Any one-off implementation work, and the exact date the upgrade takes effect, will be set out in the order form, which sits under your existing agreement with BB-Demo. Connectors named in the order form carry a live-by commitment.
What Brackwell gets from the change
- A wider audience. The depot account managers can use the brain alongside revenue operations, with the allowance to match.
- Views that stay built. Dashboards replace the weekly manual reconciling of accounts, tickets and calls.
- A regular conversation. Quarterly reviews put usage, questions asked and value on the table four times a year instead of twice.
- Faster support. A quicker first response on priority issues, for when a delivery-exception problem cannot wait.
What we need from Brackwell
- A named owner in each new team who will bring colleagues on and ask the first questions.
- Early access to the people who look after any source system you want to connect next.
- A decision before the current term ends on 30 Nov 2024, so there is no gap between terms.

Happy to talk any of this through. Let's get something in the diary.
Best, Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
