Scope of the services
BB-Demo will implement the Starter tier for one team, connect up to four source systems, and provide pages, chat and search over the connected data. Connector go-live dates will be agreed with the Customer during implementation. The CSM will hold a check-in with the Customer every six months.
Renewal
The initial term ends on 30 Nov 2024. BB-Demo's customer success manager will contact the Customer ahead of the end date to discuss renewal. Pricing at renewal will follow the price book in force at that time.
