What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly business review deck presented by Daniel Okafor on 18 May 2026 for a Growth customer whose term ends on 30 Jun 2026. It reports steady but narrow adoption, a clean service record and a renewal moving to the current price book.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Daniel Okafor, stored as final. It sets up the renewal conversation and is not a contract.
Snapshot: the deck lists Growth tier, forty licensed users and "forty-four thousand pounds" as contracted annual recurring revenue. It states "The current term ends on 30 Jun 2026" and that there are no overdue invoices.
Service: one ticket in the last month, response times within the Growth service level, and no service credits due. No availability or response figures are stated.
Not settled: the deck gives no renewal price, no signed renewal and no outcome of the renewal conversation. As of 9 Oct 2026 the term end has passed, and the deck does not show what happened.

Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (3,790 characters)
- Active users are broadly steady, with a small dip against the previous quarter. The licensed allowance is not close to being a constraint.
- Questions asked remain the best measure of value. They are concentrated in underwriting operations, with a handful of regular askers carrying most of the volume. That is worth spreading; if one or two people are away, the habit should not go with them.
- Connectors are all loading and records indexed continue to grow, so the brain is not going stale.
- Dashboards built by your team show real investment in the product and are being used for oversight reporting.
How is the team finding it? The honest read is that adoption is solid but narrow. The opportunity is to bring in more of the people who handle bordereaux queries and claims, who see the same questions every week.
Value delivered
- One view across submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, replacing manual reconciliation before oversight meetings.
- Faster, more consistent answers to capacity providers' oversight questions.
- A shared source of truth that sits inside your own Snowflake account, under your own controls.
We would like to attach numbers to these outcomes together with your operations lead before renewal, so that the value case is in your words and not only ours.
Support and service
- Only one ticket was raised in the last month, and none was high priority.
- Response times were within the Growth service level.
- The nightly refresh has completed on time on business days, and availability met the commitment for the tier.
- No service credits are due.
Looking ahead to renewal
The current term ends on 30 Jun 2026, so the renewal conversation is the main item for the weeks ahead.
- Renewal will move to the current price book, and we will bring a written renewal quote ahead of the conversation so there are no surprises on price.
- We would like to understand which teams you want covered next year, and whether your needs now point towards staying on Growth or looking again at Enterprise, which adds single sign-on, an executive sponsor and freshness credits.
- If more of your colleagues are to be brought in, we can talk through additional users and connectors as add-ons.
