What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly business review prepared by Daniel Okafor on 13 Nov 2025. It reports rising usage, quiet support, fresh data and no overdue invoices, and says the current term ends 30 Jun 2026. It is not a contract and states no price or service levels.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from BB-Demo's Customer Success Manager, Daniel Okafor. It covers usage, value, support, connectors and next-quarter plans for a Growth tier customer.
Commits: no contractual terms. The commercial position is given only as "As per your executed order form", so price, availability and response times are not stated here.
Unusual: the usage claims are qualitative. Active users are said to be up "roughly a third" with no counts, and the team's value is not yet in the customer's words.
Not settled: the term end of 30 Jun 2026 is now past, and the deck does not show whether the renewal happened or on what terms. It also does not show whether Priya Raman, named as account owner, is still at BB-Demo. The deck is nearly a year old.

Usage this quarter
Read the whole document (3,798 characters)
- Active users: a clear step up on the previous quarter. The number of people using the brain each month has grown by roughly a third, which is the strongest movement we have seen on your account since go-live.
- Spread of use: more of the underwriting operations team are asking their own questions rather than relying on one or two colleagues, which lowers key-person risk.
- Questions asked: up on the previous quarter, with the biggest rise in questions about submissions and bordereaux queries.
- Headroom: you are using well under the Growth user allowance, so there is plenty of room to bring in more of the team without a change to the contract.
Value delivered
- Capacity providers' oversight questions can now be answered from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, rather than by reconciling several systems by hand.
- Your team tells us the time spent assembling answers for oversight reviews has fallen noticeably. We would like to put that into your own words in the next review so the value case is written down.
- Recent usage suggests the brain has become part of the weekly routine for underwriting operations, not an occasional lookup.
Support and service
- No support tickets were raised in the last month, and none were high priority.
- Nightly refresh has completed on time on business days, so the brain has been answering on fresh data.
- No availability incidents affected your account this quarter.
- A quiet ticket queue sits alongside rising usage here, which we read as health: the team is getting on with it. Please do tell us if anything feels slow or awkward that has not been logged.
Connectors and data
- All connected sources are loading and records indexed continue to grow.
- We would like to confirm with you whether any further source would help the oversight work, for example more claims or finance data, and check this against the Growth connector allowance.
Plan for the next quarter
- Adoption: invite the remaining members of the underwriting operations team and run a short how-to session for new joiners. Owner: Daniel Okafor.
- Value case: capture two or three concrete examples of oversight questions answered faster, in the team's own words. Owner: Daniel Okafor, with your operations lead.
- Dashboards: look at whether a simple oversight dashboard would save repeat questions. Owner: Daniel Okafor.
- Commercial: no change needed now. Priya Raman will be in touch ahead of the renewal conversation for the term ending on 30 Jun 2026.
Summary
- Usage is growing and broadening.
- Service has been steady and quiet.
- The account is paid up and on track.
- Just to close the loop: we will come back to you with the adoption session dates and a draft of the value examples.
Best wishes, Daniel
