What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal from Priya Raman, 6 Oct 2025, to move Fenmoor from Growth to Enterprise at one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year, against forty-four thousand pounds today. It states no availability or P1 response figures, and it is not an offer.
What it is: a discussion draft of an upgrade from Growth to Enterprise, prepared by Priya Raman. It says it "is not an offer capable of acceptance" and that terms are confirmed only in an executed order form under the MSA.
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out the proposed annual price in words, annual billing in advance on thirty-day terms, and no first-term discount in this draft.
Unusual: the price is written in words, and the implementation fee, timetable and connector delivery days are left to the order form. Service levels are described only as Enterprise service levels, with no figures.
Not settled: whether the Enterprise term starts now or aligns with the current term ending 30 Jun 2026, which teams and connectors come first, and who leads the security review. That date is before today, and the evidence does not show an executed order form or any reply from Fenmoor.

Body
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal v1
Draft · Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo · 6 Oct 2025
This draft is for discussion and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Commercial terms are confirmed only in an executed order form under the MSA.
Context
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting is a City managing general agent writing marine cargo and professional indemnity. It has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Jul 2024 on the Growth tier, with the brain running inside its own Snowflake account. The current contracted annual recurring revenue is forty-four thousand pounds, with licensed users numbering forty, and the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026.
The brain was bought so that underwriting operations can answer capacity providers' oversight questions from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity. Usage has grown steadily, active users are up modestly on the previous quarter, and support has been light: two tickets in the last month, one of them high-priority. Invoices are up to date.

This proposal sets out what a move from Growth to Enterprise would look like, so Fenmoor can decide whether it fits the way the business is heading.
What we heard
- Oversight questions from capacity providers are becoming more detailed and more frequent.
- More people across the business need to be able to ask the brain directly.
- Fenmoor wants stronger controls over who can see what, and a clearer route for support when something matters.
These points are from our conversations to date. Please correct anything that is not right; I would rather have it wrong in a draft than in the order form.
Proposed scope
| Item | Today (Growth) | Proposed (Enterprise) |
|---|---|---|
| Annual price | Forty-four thousand pounds | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds |
| Licensed users | Forty | The Enterprise user allowance |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance | The Enterprise connector allowance |
| Teams | Several teams | Company-wide |
| Sign-in and provisioning | Standard | SSO and SCIM |
| Executive sponsor | Not included | Included |
| Support | Growth service level | Enterprise service level, with Premium support available |
| Sandbox | Not included | Available |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews | Quarterly business reviews with the executive sponsor |
The proposed Enterprise annual price is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds. The deal amount as recorded is also one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, which is the total value of the expansion as currently scoped.
What Enterprise adds for Fenmoor
- Company-wide reach. The brain moves from several teams to the whole organisation, with a larger user and connector allowance.
- SSO and SCIM. Sign-in through Fenmoor's identity provider and automatic user provisioning, which will matter to any capacity provider asking about access control.
- An executive sponsor. A named senior person at BB-Demo who is accountable for the relationship.
- Stronger service levels. Higher availability, faster first response on priority issues, and service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.
- Premium support and the Sandbox. A named engineer during extended hours and a safe place to try changes before they reach the live brain.
Implementation
The move to Enterprise carries a one-off fixed-fee implementation, including support through Fenmoor's security review. The fee and timetable will be written into the order form once scope is agreed. Connectors named in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
Because the brain already runs for Fenmoor, we expect much of the work to be extending what exists rather than starting again.
Commercial approach
- The subscription is billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms; quarterly billing is available on request.
- How the Enterprise term fits with the current term ending on 30 Jun 2026 is an open point (see below).
- Any first-term discount would be time-limited and set out in the order form; none is offered in this draft.
Open points for this draft
- Confirm which additional teams would be brought onto the brain first.
- Confirm which extra connectors Fenmoor wants live from the start.
- Agree whether the Enterprise term should start now or align with the end of the current term.
- Confirm who at Fenmoor will lead the security review.
- Confirm whether Premium support and the Sandbox are wanted from day one.
Next steps
- Fenmoor reviews this draft and marks up the open points.
- Daniel Okafor and I walk the operations team through the Enterprise scope, to keep momentum.
- We agree the final scope and move to an order form.
If we can get this over the line in good time, the team will have the stronger controls and wider reach in place well before the current term ends. Happy to make this easy: tell me what is missing and I will turn it round quickly.
Best,
Priya
