Renewal proposal from Priya Raman dated 1 May 2025 to renew Fenmoor's Growth subscription as it stands at £44,000 a year for 40 users. The current term ends 30 Jun 2025. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

Renewal proposal from Priya Raman dated 1 May 2025 to renew Fenmoor's Growth subscription as it stands at £44,000 a year for 40 users. The current term ends 30 Jun 2025. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a renewal proposal from BB-Demo's Account Executive to Fenmoor, stored as final. It proposes renewing Growth with "Licensed users | 40" and "Annual contract value | £44,000", with the renewed term starting the day after 30 Jun 2025.

Commits: it states no service levels, credits, payment terms or connector dates beyond "The same service levels and service credit basis that apply to Growth today." It binds neither party to anything until an order form is signed.

Not settled: the text says Priya will issue the order form once terms are agreed, and the evidence does not show that it was signed or that Fenmoor replied. It is also dated well before the as-of date, so it says nothing about the current term or price.

Usage: the document says around ten people are active against forty licensed, and suggests an adoption session led by Daniel Okafor rather than an upsell.

Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Renewal Proposal

Prepared for: Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting, London Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Date: Thursday 1 May 2025 Status: Final

Where we are

Fenmoor has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Jul 2024. The current subscription runs on the Growth tier and ends on 30 Jun 2025. This proposal sets out how we would like to renew it, so that nothing changes for your underwriting operations when the term rolls over, and so that the renewal is settled well ahead of the end date. To keep momentum, we would like to agree the paperwork over the coming weeks rather than leave it to the last days of June.

What Fenmoor bought the brain for

Fenmoor is a City managing general agent writing marine cargo and professional indemnity for Lloyd's syndicates. The brain was brought in so that underwriting operations can answer capacity providers' oversight questions from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, instead of reconciling those systems by hand. That is still the job we are renewing against.

How the last term has gone

A few points from the activity on your brain, described plainly rather than as a scorecard:

  • Usage is healthy and growing. Around ten people are active in a typical month, and that is up on the previous quarter. Against forty licensed users there is plenty of headroom for more of your underwriting and claims colleagues to join.
  • Support has been quiet. There were three tickets in the last month, and only one of them was marked high priority. We are not seeing a pattern of repeat problems.
  • Billing is clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.

We would not describe this as an account in difficulty. It is a steady, useful deployment that has room to be used more widely.

What we propose

We propose to renew the Growth subscription as it stands.

Deal typeRenewal
TierGrowth
Licensed users40
Annual contract value£44,000
Total value of the renewal£44,000

The renewal is a single annual subscription line, so the total value of the renewal and the annual contract value are the same figure, £44,000. Your Growth entitlements carry on as they are today, including the dashboards builder and the regular business reviews with Daniel.

What stays the same

  • The same tier, the same connectors and the same Snowflake-based set-up, so no re-implementation and no disruption.
  • The same service levels and service credit basis that apply to Growth today.
  • The same contacts on both sides: Priya for commercial terms, Daniel for adoption and reviews.

Where we would like to help you get more value

Because active use sits well below the licensed number, the most useful thing we can do alongside the renewal is widen adoption rather than sell you anything new. Daniel will suggest a short session with the teams who handle bordereaux queries and capacity provider questions, since those are the people most likely to benefit from asking the brain directly. If more of that group come on board, you will be getting more from the same subscription.

Next steps

  • Fenmoor reviews this proposal and tells us whether any change to scope or users is wanted.
  • Priya issues the renewal order form for signature once the terms are agreed.
  • Daniel books the adoption session with your underwriting operations team.
  • The renewed term starts the day after the current term ends on 30 Jun 2025, so there is no gap in service.

Happy to make this easy: if it is simpler, reply to this proposal with a yes and we will prepare the order form straight away. If we can get this over the line by the middle of the month, you will have a comfortable margin before the end of the term.

Best, Priya
