What happened: Lewis Kerr walked Phoebe Lacey and Duncan Ealey through a Starter proposal at £28k for year one, excluding VAT. It covers four weeks of implementation and two connectors.
Customer view: Phoebe said the demo was great and saw it cutting through CRM and call recorder data. Duncan asked about cost, renewal, payment terms and exit, then said he can sign after a day or two of review.
Commercial: Year one is invoiced up front on signature, due within thirty days. Lewis described the contract as annual with no early termination fees and asked for signature before mid-September for an early September go-live.
Watch: Further connectors are add-ons after the first two. The evidence does not show the order form was sent or signed on this call.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneThanks for making the time, Phoebe and Duncan. So Phoebe saw the demo a couple of weeks ago and I think found it valuable. This call we'll walk through the proposal and the investment.
- Phoebe Lacey NoneYeah, the demo was great. I could see how it would help us cut through the data from our CRM and the call recorder.
- Lewis Kerr NoneExcellent. So for Cadnam Rise, we'd propose the Starter tier. It's a four-week implementation, two connectors live in that window, and your first annual subscription. The all-in cost for year one is £28,000, excluding VAT.
- Duncan Ealey NoneAnd what does that cover exactly?
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo the implementation covers the setup, security review, data mapping, the build, then training and go-live. You get access to the brain, the query interface, and all the search and chat features. Two connectors are live inside four weeks. Any further connectors are add-ons after that.
- Phoebe Lacey NoneWhat are connectors exactly?
- Lewis Kerr NoneThey're the integrations to your other systems. So your CRM is one, your call recorder is another. Once they're live, the brain indexes all the data and you can query across both at once. No more jumping between tabs.
- Duncan Ealey NoneRight. And after the first year?
- Lewis Kerr NoneAfter year one, you renew at the annual subscription rate. No implementation fees in year two. Your renewal anniversary is co-termed to when you go live, so it's clean.
- Phoebe Lacey NoneSo if we sign now, when would we go live?
- Lewis Kerr NoneOnce you sign, we'd aim to kick off within a couple of weeks and go live within four weeks of starting. So early September is realistic.
- Duncan Ealey NoneWhat are the payment terms?
- Lewis Kerr NoneImplementation and year-one subscription are invoiced up front on signature. That's £28,000 due within thirty days. Then each year after, the subscription renews thirty days before your anniversary, so you're always paid up.
- Phoebe Lacey NoneAnd if we wanted to get out?
- Lewis Kerr NoneThe contract is annual. You can exit at the end of the term. No early termination fees.
- Duncan Ealey NoneOkay. What's the next step?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'll send you the order form and the master service agreement for review. Once you're happy with the terms, we'd need signature before mid-September to hit the September go-live window. What's your sign-off process?
- Duncan Ealey NoneI can sign. I'll just need a day or two to review with Phoebe.
- Phoebe Lacey NoneYeah, we can turn it around quickly.
- Lewis Kerr NonePerfect. I'll send the docs today. Anything else I've not covered?
- Duncan Ealey NoneNo, that's clear. We'll be in touch early next week once we've had a look.
- Lewis Kerr NoneGreat. Speak soon.
