What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Camille Lefebvre and Olivier Delmotte reviewed the Growth proposal, asked to build the shipment loss dashboard first, and said they were ready to move forward. The order form was sent during the call and signature is not yet shown.
What happened: Sophie Ling walked through the Growth proposal. Camille asked for the shipment loss dashboard to be built first, and Sophie agreed.
Customer view: Camille said "I think we're ready to move forward." Olivier said the finance side would review the order form and reply early the following week.
Commercial: Sophie confirmed Growth at sixty-two thousand all-in for the first year, eight connectors including scheduling, forty users and eight weeks with on-site training. From year two the quoted renewal is forty-four thousand, with adjustment if scope grows.
Watch: The evidence does not show a signed order form. Sophie said she would assume they were ready to sign unless she heard otherwise, which is not a commitment from the customer.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Sophie Ling to chase the signed order form from Olivier Delmotte.
- Plan the implementation so the shipment loss dashboard is built in the first two weeks.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The order form is not shown as signed, and finance review could slow the commitment.
- The first-year all-in figure and the year-two renewal price differ, so the renewal needs a clear value case.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Adding the scheduling system connector fits within the eight Growth connectors and deepens roots early.
- Forty users give headroom for new hires and expansion to further teams.
Transcript
- Sophie Ling NoneHi Camille, hi Olivier, thanks for taking this call. I hope you had a chance to look at the proposal I sent over?
- Olivier Delmotte NoneYes, we did. Thanks for that. It's comprehensive.
- Sophie Ling NoneGreat. Walk me through your thoughts?
- Camille Lefebvre NoneWe liked the scope and the timeline. The dashboards you showed us on shipment loss, that's exactly what we need. My only question is: can we amend the implementation to prioritise that dashboard first?
- Sophie Ling NoneThat's smart thinking. Absolutely, we can. In fact, it's typical to build highest-value dashboards first and then layer in others. So we'd nail that in weeks one and two, get some quick wins, and then build out the rest.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneHow much change would it be if we wanted to add the scheduling system as a connector? I know you said five or six, but we're pretty keen to include that.
- Sophie Ling NoneGood question. The Growth plan includes eight connectors, so scheduling would be included anyway. No additional cost. We'd just add it to the config list.
- Camille Lefebvre NoneThat's excellent.
- Sophie Ling NoneNow, on the user side: you mentioned around thirty-five to forty staff. I've proposed forty users included in Growth, which gives you some headroom for new hires and eventual expansion to additional teams. Does that feel right?
- Olivier Delmotte NoneYeah, forty is good.
- Sophie Ling NonePerfect. So to confirm: Growth plan, sixty-two thousand all-in first year, eight connectors, forty users, and implementation in eight weeks with on-site training.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneYes, that's it. And the renewal terms?
- Sophie Ling NoneFrom year two, you'd renew on our standard Growth pricing, which is forty-four thousand annually. That assumes no major changes to scope. If you add more users or connectors, we'd adjust at renewal.
- Camille Lefebvre NoneOkay. When would we need to commit?
- Sophie Ling NoneTo keep momentum going, ideally by end of next week. That way we can kick off with your team immediately after and aim for your go-live in about eight weeks.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneThat's doable. What do we need to do?
- Sophie Ling NoneI'll send over the order form and our standard terms. Review it, check with whoever needs to sign off, usually finance, and either come back with questions or have someone sign and return it. Once I've got that back, you've got the green light.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneCan you send that today?
- Sophie Ling NoneAlready have, it should be in your inbox by now. Along with it is a one-pager on the security side, just so you can see what we're putting in place.
- Camille Lefebvre NoneGreat. Who's my contact once this is signed?
- Sophie Ling NoneThat'll be me for the first ninety days to make sure everything's running smoothly. After that, we'll transition to a CSM who'll manage the relationship and do quarterly reviews with you.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneAnd if we run into issues during implementation?
- Sophie Ling NoneYou've got my email and phone, and there's a support channel in Slack. Anything urgent, we respond within business hours. And our technical team is on the other end to handle connector issues, data questions, anything like that.
- Camille Lefebvre NoneSounds solid. I think we're ready to move forward.
- Sophie Ling NoneBrilliant. Any other questions before we wrap?
- Olivier Delmotte NoneI don't think so. We'll review the order form and get back to you early next week.
- Sophie Ling NonePerfect. If anything pops up, just ping me. Otherwise, I'll assume you're ready to sign unless I hear otherwise.
- Olivier Delmotte NoneSounds good.
- Sophie Ling NoneCheers, both of you. Looking forward to getting you going.
