What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Kickoff on 30 Jun 2026 for Moycullen Recruitment's Starter implementation. Ollie set a four-week plan to an end of July go-live across four connectors. Orla and Ciara raised no concerns. A quarterly review promise needs checking.
What happened: Ollie Pearson led the 30 Jun 2026 kickoff with Orla Keane and Ciara Joyce. He set out a four-week plan to an end of July go-live, with Ciara as his technical contact.
Customer view: Orla and Ciara asked practical questions about scope, go-live and who to call, and raised no concerns. The evidence does not show any statement from them about value or price.
Commercial: Amara Obi told them quarterly business reviews are part of the Starter package, while the Starter tier is listed with a six-monthly check-in. The order form is not in the evidence, so what was contracted should be confirmed.
Watch: Four connectors is the Starter hard limit, so any further source would need the additional connectors add-on. Issues go to Amara by email, while Ollie stays focused on setup.

Transcript
- Ollie Pearson NoneHi, Orla and Ciara. Good to connect. I'm Ollie, I'll be leading your implementation over the next four weeks.
- Amara Obi NoneAnd I'm Amara, your customer success manager, I'll be with you long-term to make sure you're getting value from the brain.
- Orla Keane NoneGreat. So what's the plan?
- Ollie Pearson NoneSo here's the flow, I'll spend the next week mapping your current systems, understanding your data structure, and then designing the connectors. Ciara, you'll be my main technical contact, is that OK?
- Ciara Joyce NoneYes, absolutely.
- Ollie Pearson NonePerfect. I'll send you a technical questionnaire this week: systems you use, data volumes, how often they update. Then we'll schedule a call to review it and talk through the architecture.
- Orla Keane NoneWhat systems are you expecting to connect?
- Ollie Pearson NoneBased on discovery, you mentioned your CRM, is that Salesforce?
- Ciara Joyce NoneYes, Salesforce.
- Ollie Pearson NoneRight. You've also got your recruitment platform and your email and invoicing system. Four connectors covers that nicely.
- Amara Obi NoneAnd Ollie will make sure you have admin access to the brain, you'll be able to add users as you need them within your fifteen-user limit.
- Ciara Joyce NoneWho do I contact if something goes wrong?
- Amara Obi NoneThat's me. Any issues, just email me, I'll make sure they get sorted. Ollie's focused on the technical setup, I'm focused on you getting value day-to-day.
- Orla Keane NoneWhen do we go live?
- Ollie Pearson NoneTarget is end of July, four weeks from today. I'll give you a week's notice before go-live so you can prepare your team. We'll do a final round of testing, then a go-live call to walk everyone through the basics.
- Amara Obi NoneAnd once you're live, we'll do a formal kickoff: get some of your team together, show them the dashboards, answer questions. That's the jump-start.
- Ciara Joyce NoneHow many of us need to be involved?
- Amara Obi NoneYou've got fifteen licenses. I'd suggest five or six people on the first call, people who'll use it most. Then we can bring others on gradually.
- Orla Keane NoneAnd after launch?
- Amara Obi NoneWe'll schedule quarterly business reviews, that's part of your Starter package. We'll look at what you're asking the brain, what's working, what we might improve. And I'll be proactive, if I see something in the data that looks off, I'll flag it.
- Ollie Pearson NoneRight. So my last thing, I'll need admin access to your systems so I can set up the connectors. Ciara, can you provide credentials or set me up with a service account?
- Ciara Joyce NoneI can do that. Do I just email you?
- Ollie Pearson NoneYes. I'll send you a form with everything I need. And we can use OAuth tokens for email, we'll hand out short-lived tokens so you maintain security.
- Orla Keane NoneSounds good.
- Amara Obi NonePerfect. So here's what happens next, Ollie sends the questionnaire this week, you fill it in, and we'll have a technical call with you and Ciara next week. I'll send a calendar invite. After that, Ollie builds the connectors and we aim to go live end of July.
- Orla Keane NoneGreat.
- Ollie Pearson NoneAny questions from either of you before we wrap?
- Ciara Joyce NoneWhen will I hear from you next?
- Ollie Pearson NoneQuestionnaire by end of this week, I'll email it over. Then next week we'll schedule the technical call.
- Amara Obi NoneAnd I'll reach out next week too just to check in, make sure you're set up. Best, Amara.
