What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final onboarding call before go-live the next day. Kadewerk is content with once-daily refresh and fifteen included users, with about seven set up. No concerns raised; the main points are licence headroom and a July renewal.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon ran the last onboarding call the day before go-live. Sanne de Wit and Yara El Idrissi confirmed training had landed, and Yara agreed to run a first search in the first hour.
Customer view: Sanne said once a day is plenty for data freshness and that fifteen users are probably fine for now. She added that a few other people might benefit, so seat demand may grow.
Commercial: Laura said extra seats beyond fifteen can be added pro-rata via Natalie or at the renewal in July next year. That makes the renewal the natural point for any upgrade conversation.
Watch: Sanne said a couple of people seemed unsure, which she put down to nerves. Early adoption is worth checking at the first check-in.

Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight, Sanne, Yara, final sprint. Training's done, go-live is tomorrow. How are we feeling?
- Yara El Idrissi NoneGood. The team seemed to get it in the session yesterday.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYeah, they asked some good questions. Did people seem confident using the search?
- Sanne de Wit NoneMost of them, yeah. There were a couple of people who seemed a bit unsure, but I think that's just nerves.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat's normal. They'll get confident once they start using it. So, tomorrow, I'm going to flip the switch at 08:00 in the morning. By that time, all your data will have refreshed and you're live. What I need from you is for someone to try a search in the first hour or so, just to confirm everything's working.
- Yara El Idrissi NoneI'll do that. What should I search for?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneAnything. 'All tickets from August' or 'show me Gong calls'. If you get results back, we're good.
- Sanne de Wit NoneAnd if something's broken?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou message me immediately. I'll be monitoring the system all day tomorrow anyway, but if something's obviously wrong, don't wait.
- Yara El Idrissi NoneGot it. What about user accounts? Do we need to activate people?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneNo, I've already created everyone. They'll get an email tonight with a temporary password. They can log in tomorrow and change it. Any of them who don't get the email, let me know and I'll resend it.
- Sanne de Wit NoneHow many people are we activating?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou've got about seven people set up on your licence so far. You've got eight more available if you want to add them later.
- Sanne de Wit NoneLet me think about that. There are definitely a few other people who might benefit. Can we add them next week?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneAbsolutely. Just tell Yara, she adds them in the admin panel, and they get the invite. No problem at all.
- Yara El Idrissi NoneAnd once we've got everyone in, who manages licence seats? Do you top us up or do we ask?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou've got fifteen users included. If you want more than fifteen, you either ask Natalie and we can add them on a pro-rata basis, or you wait for your renewal in July next year and upgrade at that point.
- Sanne de Wit NoneRight. We're probably fine with fifteen for now. We'll see how it goes.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneGood plan. Now, data freshness, I know you asked about this. Every morning by 07:00, the brain pulls fresh data from your four sources. So by the time your team gets in tomorrow, they'll have data from yesterday evening. Through the day, the data's static, we don't do live updates. Does that work for you?
- Sanne de Wit NoneYeah, that's fine. We don't need live data. Once a day is plenty.
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfect. And if there's ever a connector that breaks, say, Zendesk stops syncing, you'll see an alert on the admin dashboard. You can try to fix it yourself, usually it's a credential that's expired, or you let Natalie know and we'll help.
- Yara El Idrissi NoneHow often do these things break?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneNot often. Once a connector's set up, it usually just works. But if someone changes a password at Gong or Salesforce, and they forget to tell you, the connector needs updating. It's rare.
- Sanne de Wit NoneOkay. I think we're ready. Tomorrow you go live, Natalie takes over as our main contact, and we start asking questions.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat's the plan. Natalie will be on hand anyway, so if there's anything you need in week one, she's there. And then your first check-in with her is in six months' time, but she'll be in touch before that just to see how you're getting on.
- Yara El Idrissi NoneAnd we've got your contact details if we need anything?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou do, and I'll stay in touch anyway. I'll probably message Natalie in a couple of weeks asking how you're doing.
- Sanne de Wit NoneThanks, Laura. Really appreciate your help with this.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneMy pleasure. It's been good working with you both. Fingers crossed you get great value from it.
- Sanne de Wit NoneI think we will.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight. I'll see you tomorrow when you're live.
