What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Kickoff call on 22 Aug 2024. Callie Brennan set out a four-week plan; Darren Blakey agreed the timeline, said IT is across it and promised the connector credentials by the next morning.
What happened: Callie Brennan walked Darren Blakey and Marcus Bell through the four-week plan. Week one connects Salesforce and the accounting system with read-only access.
Customer view: Darren said the plan was clear and that IT is all across it. He closed by saying they appreciate the clarity on the timeline.
Commercial: Nothing on price, tier or renewal was raised. The evidence does not show which tier Linthorpe Trade Supplies bought.
Watch: Darren is the only customer voice on the call. Early delivery depends on the credentials arriving as promised and on the mapping sheet being confirmed.

Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneGood morning, everyone. I'm Callie from the implementation team. Thanks for joining. How are you both?
- Marcus Bell NoneMorning, Callie. All good this end. Darren's got his coffee.
- Darren Blakey NoneHa, yeah. Looking forward to getting started, to be honest.
- Callie Brennan NoneBrilliant. Right, so what I want to walk through today is the four-week plan from where you are now to when your team starts using the brain. We go live on the 19th, so we've got just under a month. Does that timeline still work for you?
- Darren Blakey NoneYeah, perfect. Our IT team is all across it.
- Callie Brennan NoneExcellent. So week one, that's this week and next, we get your Salesforce and your accounting system connected to the brain. What I need from your side is read-only access to both. Your IT team should have that sorted pretty quickly.
- Marcus Bell NoneAnd they've done this before, so it's usually straightforward.
- Callie Brennan NoneYes. Once those connectors are live, before we switch on the refresh, I'll send you a mapping sheet. That's just a checklist of all the fields we're pulling in from Salesforce and the accounts system: trade accounts, delivery complaints, credit queries. You just need to confirm it makes sense and that we're not missing anything.
- Darren Blakey NoneOK so the mapping is us checking that the brain's pulling the right data?
- Callie Brennan NoneExactly that. You know your systems best, so you're confirming that what we're picking up matches how you actually use Salesforce and the accounting system. Then week three, we run the first full refresh.
- Marcus Bell NoneAnd that's when all your live data lands in the brain for the first time.
- Callie Brennan NoneRight. The refresh usually takes a few hours, and you'll get an email when it's done. After that, your team gets admin access, and you can start having a play: searching across your data, asking questions in the chat, that sort of thing.
- Darren Blakey NoneAnd Marcus will be on hand if we hit any issues?
- Marcus Bell NoneAlways. And Callie will be here for the technical side if anything's not mapping right or the refresh gets stuck.
- Callie Brennan NoneSo what I need from you right now is those connector credentials by end of day tomorrow. Email them over, and I'll get them set up. Then I'll send you the mapping sheet by Monday lunchtime, and we'll touch base next week to make sure everything's talking.
- Darren Blakey NoneThat's really clear. We can get the credentials over by tomorrow morning, no problem.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect. I'll send you a setup note with all the details: exactly what format we need, any security bits, the lot. Any questions before we wrap up?
- Marcus Bell NoneI think that's everything from our side.
- Darren Blakey NoneNo, we're all set. Really appreciate the clarity on the timeline.
- Callie Brennan NoneGreat. Speak soon.
