What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Marrowby Foods described manual stitching of production, logistics and finance data and wants one place to ask. Lewis Kerr pitched Growth for forty to fifty users. The customer asked about timeline; the transcript ends before an answer.
What happened: Lewis Kerr ran a discovery call with Kirsty Priestley, Operations Director, and Asif Illingworth, Finance Director. They described distributed systems and manual data stitching across production, storage and shipping.
Customer view: Kirsty wants people freed from chasing inventory, order and shipment data. Asif wants profitability by product and customer, where margin analysis is manual today.
Commercial: Lewis positioned Growth, with the dashboard builder and quarterly reviews, across Salesforce, production, accounting and logistics. Kirsty put usage at maybe forty, fifty people, which is above the 40 users Growth includes, so extra users may be needed.
Watch: Asif asked about timeline and the transcript ends there. The evidence does not show a price discussion, a budget holder or a competitor.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Lewis Kerr to answer the timeline question and confirm the Growth scope with Kirsty Priestley and Asif Illingworth.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Four source systems, including a bespoke production system, may make connectors harder than the Growth limit of 8 suggests.
- The evidence does not show budget, a decision process or a competitor being considered.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- New business on Growth across operations, logistics and finance.
- Forty to fifty users may exceed the 40 users included, opening the additional users add-on.
Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneHi Kirsty, Asif, thanks for taking the time. I wanted to chat about how you're managing operations and finance data at Marrowby.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneSure. So we're a seafood manufacturer, chilled and frozen products. We supply supermarkets across the UK. Right now, operations is quite distributed: production facilities, storage, shipping all have their own systems, and we're stitching data together manually.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAnd what's the impact? What would change if you had a single view?
- Kirsty Priestley NoneEfficiency, mainly. Right now, production planning and logistics spend a lot of time chasing data: inventory levels, order status, shipment tracking. If we could just ask one system, that'd free people up to actually run the business.
- Asif Illingworth NoneAnd from finance, we're trying to understand profitability by product and customer. But costs are spread across multiple systems and reports. Margin analysis is manual.
- Lewis Kerr NoneHow many people would use this?
- Kirsty Priestley NoneProduction and logistics, maybe a couple of dozen. Finance, a handful. Operations management, another few. So maybe forty, fifty people in total.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAnd what systems are we talking about?
- Asif Illingworth NoneSalesforce for orders and customer data. Production system is bespoke. We've got accounting software for costs. Shipping and logistics are in another system. It's fragmented.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo if we connected those, Salesforce, production, accounting, logistics: you'd have one place to ask about order profitability, inventory, shipment status, all together.
- Kirsty Priestley NoneYeah. That's what we need. What tier would that be?
- Lewis Kerr NoneGrowth. You've got multiple teams, multiple systems, you'd get the dashboard builder for reporting, quarterly reviews. It's the right fit for manufacturing with this kind of complexity.
- Asif Illingworth NoneAnd timeline?
