Call prep

Current to 11 Oct 26

First proposal call with Ravensholt Capital, a prospect with an open £62,000 Growth deal at demo stage. Two different prices have been quoted, so Lewis must present one, and bring in the economic buyer and IT security review before the expected close on 27 Nov 2026.

Context: Neil Barlow has been the only customer voice across discovery and the 28 Sep 2026 demo, and he responded well. Discovery quoted £44,000 plus a £12,000 implementation, the demo quoted one year-one figure, and the v2 Growth list is £50,000.

Approach: Present one written price with the subscription and implementation shown separately. The next steps had Owen Tallis signing off that price by 9 Oct 2026, but the records do not show it was done, so confirm before the call. Then ask Neil to bring Emma Quinn and IT into the cycle, and offer Theo Gallagher's security call.

Watch for: Neil may react to the change from the earlier quotes. He questioned the eight-week implementation effort at discovery. Watch too for any sign that Ed Lomax, the procurement contact, has his own process or timeline.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
