What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr walked Brendan Moran and Siobhán Dunne through a proposal to add connectors to the Growth subscription for £2,836 plus VAT, co-termed to renewal. Brendan will not sign a draft and wants the final addendum first.
What happened: Lewis confirmed the proposal adds only a connector block to the existing Growth subscription. Tier, forty users, service levels and data handling stay as in the current order form.
Customer view: Siobhán said usage is real but still growing, and wants the new sources live quickly. Brendan wants the addendum reviewed against the main agreement before signing.
Commercial: the add-on is £2,836 plus VAT, ending with the current term, and the existing subscription stays at £41,800 a year. The quote is a proposal until the addendum is executed.
Watch: Lewis expects a close on 7 Apr 2026 but called it an expectation, not a deadline. Connector go-live timing is still open, pending an answer from Laura's team.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneAfternoon, both. Can you hear me? Good. Brendan, Siobhán, thanks for joining.
- Brendan Moran NoneGood afternoon, Lewis. Yes, we can hear you well. Before we begin, which version of the proposal are we looking at? I have the one you emailed, and I'd like to be certain it's the same.
- Lewis Kerr NoneFair question. It's the one I sent this morning, the expansion proposal for your existing Growth subscription. I'll share it on screen so we're all literally looking at the same page.
- Siobhán Dunne NoneGrand, so that's the one I've got too. Hello, Brendan, hello, Lewis.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo, to open properly, let me confirm what you want to buy and by when. As I understand it, you'd like to add an extra block of connectors to the Growth subscription, because the team has been bringing more systems in. And you'd like it in place around the start of April. Is that right?
- Siobhán Dunne NoneThat's right. We've gone from a couple of us poking at it to a proper group using it, so more sources is the natural next step. And I'd rather not overstate it, the usage is real but it's still growing.
- Lewis Kerr NoneUnderstood, and the numbers support it. Average active users are up a good deal on last quarter, and you're well inside your forty licensed users, so I'm not suggesting any change there. I wouldn't push that, because the usage doesn't call for it.
- Brendan Moran NoneI appreciate you saying so. From a compliance point of view, I'd like to be clear that we're adding connectors and not changing the tier or the users.
- Lewis Kerr NoneCorrect. Same Growth tier, same forty users, same terms. The only change is the connector add-on.
- Brendan Moran NoneAnd the price?
- Lewis Kerr NoneTo put a number on it: the add-on comes to £2,836 in total, plus VAT. It's co-termed to your renewal, so it ends with your current term and is not a separate annual commitment. I'll show you the line on the quote.
- Brendan Moran NoneCo-termed, so it runs alongside the existing agreement and does not extend it.
- Lewis Kerr NoneExactly. Your existing subscription stays at £41,800 a year, and that's untouched. At renewal we'd talk about the whole picture together, including the connectors.
- Siobhán Dunne NoneWhat's the source of truth for that, in the end? If a colleague asks me in six months what we pay, I want to point at one document.
- Lewis Kerr NoneThe signed order form. Once this is executed it'll be an addendum to the existing order form under your agreement, and that's the document that governs. The quote is a proposal until then.
- Brendan Moran NoneThen let's do this properly. I won't sign a draft, as you'll know. If you send the addendum in its final wording, I'll review it against the main agreement and we can sign when it's right.
- Lewis Kerr NoneOf course, and I wouldn't ask you to. I'll send the addendum over today, and I'll put the expected close as Tuesday 7 April 2026 on my side, but that's an expectation, not a deadline from us.
- Brendan Moran NoneThank you. I appreciate that you aren't rushing us for your quarter end.
- Lewis Kerr NoneNo, no. It's about when you need the connectors, not about my calendar.
- Siobhán Dunne NonePractical question. Once it's signed, how quickly can the new connectors go live? Aoife's got a short list already and I'd like her to move quickly.
- Lewis Kerr NoneI won't quote that from memory, because it's Laura's team who does the configuring. Let me ask her and put the answer in the same email as the addendum, so you've got it in writing.
- Siobhán Dunne NonePerfect, that's all I needed.
- Brendan Moran NoneOne last point. Does anything in the addendum change the service levels or data handling we already have?
- Lewis Kerr NoneNo. Service levels and data handling stay exactly as in your current order form. The addendum only adds the connectors and the price. If the wording looks any different to you, tell me and I'll fix it.
- Brendan Moran NoneVery good. In that case I'm comfortable with the direction. We'll review once the document arrives.
- Lewis Kerr NoneBrilliant. So, to recap: I send the addendum and Laura's timing today, copying you both. Brendan reviews it against the agreement. Siobhán lines up which sources come first with Aoife. Anything else?
- Siobhán Dunne NoneThat's everything from me. Thanks a million, Lewis.
- Brendan Moran NoneNothing further. Thank you, Lewis. Kind regards.
- Lewis Kerr NoneKind regards, both. Speak soon.
