Transcript
- Priya Raman NoneMark, Rebecca, thanks for the time. Mark, you're the CEO, good to have you on. I wanted to walk you both through the proposal. Rebecca's seen the demo, and I wanted to cover the value and the investment.
- Mark Brearley NoneGo ahead. What are we looking at financially?
- Priya Raman NoneRight. So for Starter, which is what I'd recommend, that's nineteen thousand five hundred a year subscription, plus six thousand for implementation. Implementation is four weeks, so you'd be live by mid-May.
- Rebecca Nuttall NoneAnd what's included in the subscription?
- Priya Raman NoneFifteen users, that's your whole operations team plus a few more if you need them. Four connectors, payroll, invoicing, CRM, and call recorder. Pages, chat and dashboards. Nightly data refresh. And six-monthly check-ins from our customer success team.
- Mark Brearley NoneWhat's the value case? Why am I signing this cheque?
- Priya Raman NoneSo Rebecca said a typical client query takes twenty minutes, jumping between systems. If you cut that in half, that's ten minutes per query. If your team handles, say, ten client queries a day, that's an hour and forty minutes saved per person, per day. Over a four-person team, over a year, that's thousands of hours of operational time freed up. You can handle more clients or give your team breathing room.
- Mark Brearley NoneThat's the time saving. What else?
- Priya Raman NoneClient satisfaction. You answer queries faster. You can tell them why their invoice was higher, not in an email thread, in a formatted report. And if there's a problem, you spot it quicker.
- Rebecca Nuttall NoneHow long does implementation actually take for us?
- Priya Raman NoneFour weeks. First week we gather your requirements and access. Weeks two and three we build and test the connectors. Week four is live testing and then go-live. Your team, mainly Ian, validates the data along the way.
- Mark Brearley NoneAny risks I should know about?
- Priya Raman NonePretty low. The risk is usually that data is messier than expected: duplication, missing fields, that sort of thing. We work through it, but it might add a week. We've done this dozens of times, so we're usually pretty smooth.
- Mark Brearley NoneFair enough. What's the renewal situation?
- Priya Raman NoneYou're on a one-year term from go-live. At the end of the year, it renews automatically unless you tell us otherwise. You can scale up, more users, more connectors, at any point.
- Rebecca Nuttall NoneIs there flexibility if we need quarterly billing instead of annual?
- Priya Raman NoneYeah, I can make that work. Annual in advance is standard, but I can talk to the finance team about quarterly if that helps your cash flow.
- Mark Brearley NoneAlright. Send over the formal proposal. Rebecca and I will review it and get back to you.
- Priya Raman NoneWill do. I'll send it today. Once you've had a read, we can schedule a negotiation call if there's anything you want to discuss. Cheers, both.
