Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi Emma, Elliot, thanks for making time. I'm Laura, the Implementation Consultant. I'll be guiding you through the set-up. How are you both doing?
- Elliot Kirkby NoneGood, thanks. Looking forward to this.
- Emma Jagger NoneMorning. I run systems here. What do you need from us to get started?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight, so before we switch on the refresh, I'll need admin access to your CRM, call recorder and email. I'm sending a detailed checklist today with exactly what permissions I need. Once you get those credentials to me, we can start the connector configuration.
- Emma Jagger NoneService account credentials, API keys, that sort of thing?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneExactly. And I'll send a security brief for your IT team so they understand what we're connecting and what we're asking permission for.
- Elliot Kirkby NoneWhen do we go live?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneEight weeks from today. Weeks one and two are scope and setup, weeks three and four I configure the connectors and map fields. Week five is a test refresh so we catch any issues before production. Weeks six to eight, you have access to the brain and I'm running live refreshes each night. Done by 07:00 for your team to use the next morning.
- Emma Jagger NoneNightly refresh on business days?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYes, every business night. So you've got eight connectors on Growth. In discovery you mentioned CRM, call recorder and email as the priority. Does that still stand, or should we bring in billing or HR?
- Elliot Kirkby NoneThose three for now. We can look at billing later, once we've got the fundamentals working.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat maps cleanly. Three connectors used, five in reserve if you need them. Emma, is there anything else you need from me before I send that checklist?
- Emma Jagger NoneJust the list and what format you want the credentials in. Then I'll get our IT team moving.
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfect. I'll send it within two hours. I'll reach out in about a week to check progress and walk you through the setup. And Elliot, once you're live, Daniel Okafor becomes your Customer Success Manager. You'll meet him then, but for implementation, I'm your point of contact.
- Elliot Kirkby NoneGood to know. Thanks, Laura.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThanks both. Speak soon.
