What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Kickoff for Corriemoor Foods on 7 Aug 2023. Callie Brennan set out a four-week plan and asked for credentials. Sarah Hollis asked for confidence on going live in four weeks. Neil Entwistle is the technical contact.
What happened: Callie Brennan led the kickoff and walked through four weeks: connectors and field mapping, a test refresh, a full refresh, then training and handoff. She asked for Salesforce, Xero and Microsoft 365 credentials within a week.
Customer view: Sarah Hollis, Operations Director, checked only that go-live in four weeks was realistic. Neil Entwistle took ownership of the credentials and the Snowflake connection.
Commercial: Daniel Okafor introduced himself as CSM, with a check-in at the end of week four and then every six months. That cadence matches a Starter-style six-monthly check-in, though the call does not name the tier.
Watch: Go-live depends on credentials arriving and no unexpected Salesforce custom fields. Neil is the single technical contact for the data side.

Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneRight, hi everyone. Thanks for joining. I'm Callie, I'll be leading implementation. Daniel's here from our customer success team and you've got Sarah and Neil joining us. What I want to do today is run through the plan for the next four weeks: what we need from your side, what we're building, and who owns what. Sound good?
- Sarah Hollis NoneYep, that's great.
- Callie Brennan NoneExcellent. So Neil, you're going to be our main technical contact, is that right?
- Neil Entwistle NoneYeah, that's me. I run the data side.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect. What I need from your side before we switch on the refresh is API credentials for Salesforce, Xero, Microsoft 365. Neil, I'll send you a secure form, just fill it in with read-only keys and send it back. Before we can start, I also need to know the main email address for your Snowflake account and who your IT contact is for setting up the connection to Snowflake. Is that you, Neil?
- Neil Entwistle NoneI can handle the Snowflake stuff. I'll get you what you need.
- Callie Brennan NoneGreat. So timeline: I'll send the credential form today. Once I have those, week one I'll set up the connectors and do the field mapping, that's just making sure Salesforce fields line up with what the brain expects. Week two we'll do the first test refresh, load your data in and make sure the queries work. Week three we'll refine anything that didn't come through cleanly and run a full refresh. Week four, training and handoff.
- Sarah Hollis NoneAnd you're confident we'll be live in four weeks?
- Callie Brennan NoneAs long as the credentials come through and there's no surprises with your Salesforce config, like custom fields we didn't expect, yeah, we'll be live. If we hit something weird we'll tell you straight away. I'm quite methodical about this, I don't call something done until I've checked it.
- Daniel Okafor NoneAnd Sarah, once we're live, I'll be your CSM. We'll have a check-in at the end of week four to see how the team's getting on, then we have a check-in every six months to make sure you're getting value and work through anything that comes up.
- Sarah Hollis NoneThat's good. And training, who'll do that?
- Callie Brennan NoneI will, in week four. We'll do a session with your team: show them how to search, how to ask questions, walk through some examples. Nothing complicated. You'll get a setup note as well that Neil can keep for reference.
- Neil Entwistle NoneThat's helpful.
- Callie Brennan NoneOkay. Any questions before I send the paperwork over?
- Sarah Hollis NoneI don't think so. When do you want the credentials?
- Callie Brennan NoneWithin a week ideally, so I can get cracking with the connectors. But let me know if you hit any blockers getting them.
- Daniel Okafor NoneAnd if anything comes up in that first week, questions, blockers, just drop me a line. That's what I'm here for.
- Sarah Hollis NonePerfect. Thanks both.
- Callie Brennan NoneGreat. I'll get you the form, and we'll touch base next week. Thanks, everyone.
