What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Marsden wants a source-traceable arrears figure for the board pack. The Growth tier demo on Calderbrook's extracts landed well, but she needs figures, IT answers and director sight of the reconciliation before saying yes.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran the brain on extracts Paul Rigby sent, covering arrears, duplicate repairs jobs and complaints joined to repairs. Helen said the board will ask about an arrears figure that does not reconcile.
Customer view: Helen found Hannah's honesty about limits reassuring and wanted the join method in writing. Paul liked that the duplicate-job rule would be written down once rather than held in his head.
Commercial: Tom Ashdown framed the offer as the Growth tier with fifty-six thousand as the working figure, and promised the one-off versus subscription split in writing. His aim to sign by Friday 16 August 2024 was not accepted by Helen.
Watch: Procurement is slow and her director must see the reconciliation first. IT has not yet been involved on data location and access.
