What was said
What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26A month into Growth, Imogen Hartley is positive: extra connectors went in smoothly and users ask better questions. She worries usage is concentrated in a few people, and wants Douglas to see the numbers early.
What happened: Daniel Okafor checked in a month after the move to Growth. Imogen Hartley said the connector work went smoother than she feared, and the one ticket this month was a slow finance connector authentication, fixed in a day.
Customer view: Existing users have moved from asking what happened to asking what to do next. Imogen's test is whether the finance people follow, and she does not want seats filled with names that are not active.
Commercial: Most questions come from Imogen and two senior managers, a key-person pattern Daniel said to watch. Dashboards for managers are the agreed remedy, and the term runs to 2 Apr 2025.
Watch: Douglas will ask what is next, so the first quarterly review should show him the numbers early.

Transcript
- Daniel Okafor NoneHello, Imogen. Good afternoon, and thank you for your time. Can you hear me all right?
- Imogen Hartley NoneAfternoon, Daniel. Yes, clear as a bell. Sorry, I've got a sandwich in one hand, it's been one of those days.
- Daniel Okafor NonePlease, eat. I'll talk. We're about a month into Growth, so I wanted to see how the first weeks have felt, and what I can do to help.
- Imogen Hartley NoneBusy, in a good way. I'd say the first phase went smoother than I feared. Craig got the extra connectors in over a couple of weeks, and nobody screamed.
- Daniel Okafor NoneI saw that. Connectors configured has gone up, records indexed is climbing, and the nightly refresh has been finishing on time. How is the team finding it?
- Imogen Hartley NoneThe people who were already using it are asking different questions now. They've stopped asking what happened and started asking what should I do next. The real question is going to be whether the finance people follow suit.
- Daniel Okafor NoneThat's the second phase. Active users have more than doubled compared with the previous quarter, which is a healthy sign. You're on Growth now, forty users, and that's forty-four thousand a year on the order form, so you've plenty of room.
- Imogen Hartley NoneYes. I'm in no danger of running out, it's making sure I'm filling it with the right people. I don't want forty names and ten active.
- Daniel Okafor NoneQuite. It's the people asking questions that matters, more than seats. Who's asking the most at the moment? I can see it's concentrated a little.
- Imogen Hartley NoneI'd guess me, which I'm not proud of. And two of the senior managers.
- Daniel Okafor NoneIt is mostly you, I won't pretend otherwise. I'd like to spread that. A key-person pattern isn't a problem now, but it's something I'd watch.
- Imogen Hartley NoneFair. I was going to suggest the dashboards might help. If the managers each have a view they open every Monday, it stops being me they're asking.
- Daniel Okafor NoneThat's exactly how I'd do it. I could run a session on the dashboards builder with the managers, maybe two short ones rather than one long one. Would you want to choose the examples?
- Imogen Hartley NoneYes. Open member queries by scheme, and trustee call follow-ups. Those two would sell it.
- Daniel Okafor NoneLovely. I'll put dates in your diary for the week after next, if that works. One thing, there was a single ticket this month. Craig raised it with a log excerpt, as he does.
- Imogen Hartley NoneAh, that'll be the finance connector. It was slow to authenticate on the first attempt. Fixed in a day, I think.
- Daniel Okafor NoneIt was, and within the response time for your tier. That's the sort of bump I'd expect when a new source goes in.
- Imogen Hartley NoneGood. Is there anything on your side I should know? Douglas will ask me what's next.
- Daniel Okafor NoneOnly the shape of the year. Your term runs to 2 Apr 2025, with renewal on 3 Apr 2025, so we've a good run ahead. Quarterly reviews are now part of Growth, so I'd suggest we put the first one in the diary, with Douglas invited.
- Imogen Hartley NonePlease do. Let's make it count. I'd like him to see the numbers early, not at the end.
- Daniel Okafor NoneAgreed. So just to close the loop: two short dashboard sessions the week after next, with your two examples, and the first quarterly review in the diary. I'll send both invitations this week.
- Imogen Hartley NonePerfect. Thanks, Daniel. Best, Imogen.
- Daniel Okafor NoneThank you, Imogen. Best wishes, speak soon.
