What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Short call with Rob Ellery. Both connectors are live and mapped. He agreed to consultant training of an hour each and said he will tell BB-Demo straight if nobody uses the brain.
What happened: Callie Brennan confirmed both connectors are live and mapped, ticket matching is done and the setup note is written. She demoed a question about clients not placed with recently.
Customer view: Rob Ellery was short of time and does not know what mapped means. He looks at fees and pipeline weekly and wants that answered.
Commercial: He approved two training sessions of an hour each and will mention them at the Monday meeting. The licence is for fifteen users and very few have logged in.
Watch: Fee reporting depends on placement values in the CRM, which Callie has not yet checked. Rob made usage the test of value.

Opportunities

Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneMorning, Rob. Thanks for jumping on. I know Jenna's out today, so I've kept the plan short: where we are, one decision I need from you, and what's coming. Ten minutes, maybe fifteen.
- Rob Ellery NoneMorning. Good, because I'm a bit short. How long's it really going to take? The team's flat out.
- Callie Brennan NoneQuarter of an hour. So, where we are. Both connectors are live and mapped. The matching on the tickets is done and Jenna's seen the results. The setup note's written.
- Rob Ellery NoneRight. And what does that mean for me? Honestly I don't know what I'm looking at when you say mapped.
- Callie Brennan NoneFair enough. In plain terms, when somebody asks the brain how a client's doing, it can now see the placements, the contacts and the tickets for that client together, and it gets the names and dates right. Before that, it was a pile of data.
- Rob Ellery NoneSo it can tell me which clients have gone quiet.
- Callie Brennan NoneIt can, yes. Shall I show you? Give me a second to share.
- Callie Brennan NoneOkay, you should see a chat box. I'll type, which clients have we not placed anyone with recently, and see what comes back.
- Rob Ellery NoneMm. That's a long list.
- Callie Brennan NoneIt is, and it's sorted by how long since the last placement. If I click one, you get the history, the last conversation, any open tickets. This is the kind of thing a consultant would otherwise dig for in three places.
- Rob Ellery NoneRight. I'll be honest with you, I'm not going to be in here every day. I look at fees and the pipeline once a week. Can it do that?
- Callie Brennan NoneThe pipeline it can do straight away, that's a question you can ask. For fees, it depends what's in the CRM, and I'd have to check whether placement values are filled in properly. I won't say it's fine until I've looked.
- Rob Ellery NoneThat's honest, at least. Have a look and tell Jenna.
- Callie Brennan NoneWill do. Now the one decision. I'd like to run training for the consultants next. Two sessions, so people can pick one. It helps if you tell them it's worth the hour.
- Rob Ellery NoneAn hour each? Cannot be longer. They're all on the phones.
- Callie Brennan NoneAn hour is fine, I can make it work in that. I'll keep it practical, their own clients, their own accounts, no slides.
- Rob Ellery NoneOkay. Go ahead and book it. I'd say Jenna should pick the times, she knows when they're out.
- Callie Brennan NoneGood. I'll send her two options this week and copy you so you can see. And if you could say a word to the team beforehand, that really does help people turn up.
- Rob Ellery NoneI'll mention it at the Monday meeting. Anything else?
- Callie Brennan NoneOne small thing. The licence is for fifteen users. At the moment very few have logged in, so there's no pressure. I just want you to know it's there to use.
- Rob Ellery NoneUnderstood. We'll see once they've done the training. If nobody uses it, I'll tell you straight.
- Callie Brennan NoneI'd expect that, and I'd rather you did. Marcus will check in after the sessions and he'll bring numbers.
- Rob Ellery NoneGood. Thanks, Callie. I've got to go.
- Callie Brennan NoneThanks, Rob. Enjoy the rest of your day.
